Most people spend just a night in Picton before or after the ferry. We spent two nights at this very nice B&B and are glad we did. Glenys and Gary have provided a lovely, comfortable environment for travelers, and they offer really useful info about things to do in and near Picton.

Like many, we stayed at Picton for a night to take the ferry. Glengary B&B has the perfect location. Our room has a view of the harbour and is minutes away to everything there is at Picton. Free parking available right in front of the house (or if you don't travel with your car they could pick you up at...

We stayed at Glengary B & B in March and enjoyed a very comfortable three-night stay in Glenys and Gary's lovely home. Our room was very large, which matters as my husband is claustrophobic, with a beautiful view, and a large, well-equipped ensuite bathroom. Breakfasts are served at a communal table and both Glenys and Gary join in the conversation....

The hosts are really amazing with a lovely B&B. The room that we had was large, clean and nicely decorated with a wonderful view from the window. Our whole experience here was very nice and we really appreciate how much you are made to feel at home. The continental breakfast was very nice with lots of home-made food (bread, muffins,...

From the welcome to the departure, Glenys and Gary make you welcome and provide excellent service. The breakfast, which includes Glenys home baked Muffins and Bread( different sorts on each day), is held around a large table with all who stay at Glengarry. So it gives rise top a wide ranging discussion on experiences of travel around not only New...

Glenays and Gary are lovely hosts and the B&B feels like a home rather than a B&B. The room we had was lovely and the ensuite bathroom had everything a girl could need: soap, make-up remover, hairdryer, Bodywash and Shampoo/Conditioner. The bed was a bit hard but I did sleep well in it. Room had a lovely view and felt...

Both the bedroom and shower room were spotlessly clean, with everything having the appearance of being brand new - but still looking charming rather than clinical. I took up the offer of a complimentary glass of red from the upstairs lounge room. Breakfast was first rate with home-made muesli, breads and jams. We left our bags behind to go bushwalking...

We enjoyed our stay at Glenys and Gary's B and B. Glenys picked us up from the ferry terminal, and being a hot day, we were grateful for the transport. You need to make prior arrangements to avail yourself of this service. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast spectacular. There was an array of home-made jams, breads, muesli and...

Glenys and Gary Riggs are very gracious and welcoming hosts. The location is central- walk to restaurants and tour boats. The accommodations are quite comfortable and thoughtful - the guest lounge with it's wine selection is welcoming and breakfast with your hosts most enjoyable. The B&B is great base for exploring the Queen Charlotte Sound area by boat, car and...
