Stayed one night as they had taken the money from our credit card. In hindsight a park bench would have been better. Didn't shower as filthy. Used our beach towels to cover us. Duvet discusting , dirty sheets under bed. Kitchen not fit for human consumption. All in all the worst night ever. Should be closed down.

dirty, grubby,no power points in room, one extremely rude receptionist and one of the worst places we've stayed in. found dirty pots in the sink most mornings, suprised there weren't loads of cockroaches. dirty communal furniture with one person constantly asleep during the day. we should have been paid to stay there, instead expensive even with the YHA discount.

If you don't mind sharing a room where you can only smell odors of unhygienic long term stayers who sleep in their clothes with no sheets and have all their dirty laundry, bags, boots and rubbish scattered all over the room. If you don't mind sleeping on a top bunk with a foam mattress that seaps through the slats. If...

Place seems somewhat haunted, old and crowded feeling. if you have a car... on street limited time parking with inspectors. Bathrooms old - take the white...

Was booked in here to stay for 2 nights. We ended up checking out and going to a far more expensive hotel nearby after the first night. The hostel states it is YHA approved, but I cannot see how it has achieved this. The rooms reeked and were dirty, bathrooms were filthy, common areas dirty and filled with people drinking,...

I had to get extremely drunk as a strategy for dealing with a single night in this place. Wish I couldn't remember it.

“Single or double rooms are very noisy, insane, do not get a room at the top of the stairs, others love to jump on the top of the stairs and yell. Dorm rooms are much better for noise, mattresses terrible though.”
