The rooms had a peculiar smell, though, it was a non - smoking room. Also, there were quite a few litters on the roof of the hotel, visible from our room (2nd floor). Also, the bar on the first floor is quite poor (including service), and the restaurant on the 9th floor was really expensive compared to the quality of...

The hotel itself is situated over the bridge from the main town and about 30 minutes walk in. This wouldn't be so bad but there is a park next to the hotel which at night is full of very dodgy people looking for hookups - not the safest of places to walk through. Hotel facilities are very good with nice...

I have unfortunately got quite a few negative things to say about this hotel- whilst the location of the hotel was quite convenient and the room was generally clean (although very basic) I suggest you bring ear plugs if you are staying on the 7th or 8th floor, the 9th floor is the bar/events area and we were up until...

You know what was funny? Pillowcases ALWAYS were put outside in. Hmm, what else? The carpet . I never ever had deluxe room with such a dirty carpet. Sad. The refrigerator was not working and after 3 times asking to fix or replace, I stopped asking and while my visit lasted 3 weeks, there was no working refrigerator. ( one...

Reception was friendly and nice. Lobby area looked also nice and clean. But our room wasnt that nice at all. I didnt like the plastic on the floors. You could hear every step someone took behind your door. Breakfast was fine, nothing special. Supermarket is very close, parking is free.

This is very poor hotel. It should be 4-star hotel but I am agree with this. The staff in reception and breakfast area was poor. The standard rooms are spacious but furnished with very cheap stuff. The bed and pillow was uncomfortable. The pillow was tiny and cheap and bed was very hard. In the bathroom was only universal shower...

Stayed in 18th of November and since the moment we arrived it was terrible. 4 star hotel in which rooms look like 2 star. You walk in the room which supposed to be with the view to old riga, but only thing you can see is small corner of city. Room looks old fashioned and beds are on wheels like...

Firstly, a gentleman called Eriks on the reception desk made my stay a delight - he was so helpful. So, full marks for service. There were pros and cons to this hotel. It felt more like a 3-star to me. In its favour are the following: - It's good value for money - The location worked for me as I...

I have stayed for 3 nights and for sure I will stay again here. Very good breakfast and clean room. I was afraid that it will be noisy, but although the room was facing the highway, it turned out to be peaceful in the nights. The personnel is very helpful with everything and proficient. Although the hotel had a maximum...

Very nice hotel. Was very surprised at the price. Hotel is close to old town centre. Took 10/15 mins to walk. Once over the bridge you are in city. Hotel was clean staff very helpful and would definitely stay again. Shops in shopping centre and eating places for fast food right next door to hotel.
