I made my choice based on travellers' reviews. My expectations were high, but still the hotel and its staff did impressed me with comfort, cosiness and the spirit. In addition, it turned out that in this very place, and on the street soviet movies about Shtirlits (Штирлиц) and Sherlock Holmes had been shot! 🙃 Should I add that all remarkable... More

Our room was comfortable, large, quiet, and clean. There were nice views of of the city from our window. The staff recommended great restaurants, made reservations for us, and gave us good directions for finding the restaurants. They also helped in giving general information about routes to different sites we wanted to see. Breakfast was quite nice with many options.

Neiburgs is a great hotel if you are looking for friendly and helpful staff, cozy and bright room, and tasty breakfast. The location is really good - you won't need a taxi to explore the city. I wish our stay could have been longer. Thank you for a great stay!

Check this option before you go to Riga, in case price is what you can afford, than just go there. Great hotel, great location, very fresh with good style, spacious rooms and kitchen inside makes it very "user-friendly". Location again - very close to the center of the old town, but on a very quite street. Hotel restaurant is very... More

The location is great - one street away from the river and right in the heart of the old town. You can walk to all the main attractions from here. The building itself has an interesting art deco (or maybe art nouveau) exterior, which is a stop on many sight seeing tours around the city. The rooms are good -... More

Neiburgs hotel is a wonderful hotel. An old building, completely renovated with many original features kept in place. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well-appointed, even with a good kitchenette. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was sumptuous with many Baltic touches and very good service. The location can't be beaten. An excellent place to start exploring... More

I have stayed in other Riga hotels before that were just fine, but the Neiburgs is a cut above. The room was exceptional. The people are nice. Breakfast is good. Plus you are in the heart of Riga's Old Town. I look forward to returning.

I'm in love with this town. Everything works, people are so friendly, the place is so easy to get around, and you can eat and eat so well for so little. This hotel (in the Old City) has been at the center of the experience. Its breakfast alone is worth the stay, and, if you're a sauna-head like me, you... More
