I'm wondering about all negative reports here. From my side no big claim. Simple, not expensive, convenient hotel - worth that money. At least clean and large enough room I stayed. Breakfast was rather short menu, but I think it's ok during no season and really few visitors there.

Nothing wrong with this hotel, although it sits seemingly in the middle of nowhere on the outskirts of Tartu. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and all amenities were there where we needed them. Thought the floor squeegee in the bathroom was a helpful plus (not sure if housekeeping forgot to take with them after cleaning the room however). Reception staff...

Probably the worst night I can remember having in a hotel. And I've stayed in a lot of hotels! It didn't help that I was tired & irritable when I arrived, and really needed a long sleep. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, about a 5€ taxi ride from the centre - though even the taxi driver didn't...

The hotel is in nice condition, clean, service is friendly. Breakfast is actually really good, and as we had to leave very early to dance competition with our kids, they arranged a full warm breakfast an hour earlier than promised. Will stay there next time too!

Excellent shower. Hotel seems to be run with skeleton staff of part-time young women. Room hot, had to have balcony door/window open, air-conditioning not on ground floor. Breakfast poor - nothing like it's described on the website. Bar and restaurant only open for conferences so no evening meals. Beds large and comfortable. Room serviced alternate days.
