I had a windowless room. I could hear absolutely everything happening in the lobby. No noise cancellation. I could even hear the guy in the next room snoring as if he was in the room with me. ' I called the receptionist to tell her my remote is missing. She said "I don't know. I'm just an administrator. Call in...

The location was great and the décor is quirky and authentic. The room was very small indeed and there was no window. The courtyard has a huge conference facility squeezed into it so opening our bedroom door onto a large glass conservatory which was preparing for a reception felt a little uncomfortable and lacking in privacy. The receptionist did not explain...

Stayed here 2 nights / 3 days for business. Extremely quirky hotel with narrow corridors and maze like floors (reminded me of the house in Hansel & Gretel). Lots of stairs and no lifts so those beware for whom mobility is an issue. Reminiscent of older communist hotels (character and style) - staff friendly and keen to assist. Rooms small...

I have never stayed in a hotel like this, it was very odd with peculiar corridors and a very quirky layout. It's great fun just wandering around and looking at its features, e.g. beams across the corridors, wonky floors etc. It is a charming place. The room was lovely (if a little too warm) and breakfast was good. It is...

This hotel is in a fantastic location just a street away from the main square and close to all the main sights. The room was lovely-comfortable beds, spacious and a good hot shower. The highlight of this hotel was its quirkiness!! You never know what delight you will find around the next corner!! Although it is very old style it...

Hotel is located in perfect place, very closed to main place of Old Town. And this is all about good things regarding a hotel. Rooms (three of them) with very small or with out window. My room was so small that it was really difficult to reach a bathroom ;) Breakfast at average level.

Stayed here as part of a ferry / room deal. 48 euro pp which was great value. Hotel great location in old Town whereas the other hotels are in the newer area. Service Russian style - serious ladies at the desk . Decor is interesting.. Reminded me of a 70s Dracula movie ! Corridors can confuse ! Room fine ,...

Hotel is located within walking distance from the ferry port. So, if it is very convenient for travelers who take the ferry from Helsinki to Tallinn. The overall decoration is maintained in an old fashioned setting, quirky and like a maze. The rooms are reachable via stairs, some straight and some with a bit of spiral. Exploring the hotel is...
