Reception staff and service 4 stars. Location is good in city centre. Stayed in suite witch was ok and clean as well and all questions and problems were solved with smile. Breakfast area is too small at least for fully booked hotel. Take account pretty small parking lot (app 18). No other services used.

Leaving the hotel with a "never-again-feeling". We got two single beds instead a double bed; the bathroom is only functional, not comfortable (flooding the whole room while taking a shower); no adequate place to put your towel to let it dry, because there is no towel hook. There is always the risk for it to fall onto the toilet brush....

We stayed here only for a night. The hotel looked modern from outside, but turns out that was deceiving. Once inside, the interior felt very worn out, particularly in the rooms itself. The floor leading to the rooms had a strange odor. Bathroom sink was either dirty or burned. We asked for a double bed, but instead got a room...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your recent stay in Tallink City Hotel. Obviously we regret your negative experience in our buffet-breakfast. Our F&B manager will try to understand and find out, what exactly was "lost in translation!. All our customers are equally valuable, drinking coffee or ordering from a´la Carte menu, does not really matter! We still look forward to...

Located across the street from Viru Center this is a good place to stay if you want to do some shopping and go take a stroll in the Old Town. The staff is very helpful and friendly which make up for somewhat average rooms with wall to wall carpeting and air conditioning that is trying hard to keep rooms cool...

This hotel is in a very central location, convenient for the old town and for buses to get to other areas. I was very pleased with my room, which was modern, clean and quite spacious. The bed was comfortable, and though the view over the car park was not the best, there was no noise from the street at night....

Welcoming staff, high expectations then everything disappoints. Rooms very cramped with very narrow beds. Nothing works ... Bar supposed to be open until 2am then we are refused even coffee at 1230 and are told to visit a petrol station to get some! Sauna booked in advanced then it transpired no one could be bothered to turn it on! Breakfast...

This hotel has 4 stars rating. Then i expect good service. The service was not up to expectations. This hotel is situated in former house of services, which is very interesting history (supported by pictures in lobby). A lot of the room equipment date back to those days, so seem quite "vintage".
