After check-in we got a room with the door we couldn't unlock as the lock was out of order. When we finally somehow managed to unlock the door and went to the bathroom, we saw a big hole in the ceiling showing some pipes.... We stayed here for one night for budget and didn't really have any bigger issues with the place. You get what you pay for, and this place was one of the cheapest around. Small breakfast was included with coffee and tea. Wi-Fi was good.

The receptionist (blonde young woman) was very nice and friendly and spoke excellent English. The room was dirty - the carpet needed a good hoover and the toilet was not that clean. The Guest House is situated in a quiet residental/industrial area just outside the city centre. With many abandoned buildings next door the location seemed a bit "shady", to be honest. Cheap bed&breakfast. The room was small. but not bad. It could be more clean. The towels were clean, but torn. In the bathroom is liquid soap and bodywash for free. TV had many channels, most of them - russian. Staff was kind and helpful.

I stayed in here several times. Nothing special, a small guest house. But price is very good, not so far from city centre, and if you need to spend 1-2 nights in Tallin, I think this place is quite good. Guest house has a free place for car parking in front of it, wifi in a room.

I have been this motel before couple years ago and that time it was pretty much fine. Now the management has turned to the worst and this place is not worth of money and decent sleep. Quite new small guest house with clean rooms. Far away from the city center but trolley stops are close and the traffic frequent. I was a bit suspicious of the noice level of the sitting area with TV in the third floor lobby but my three nights were peaceful. The bed was good and wifi worked fine.

I recently stayed at the Guest house as one of a party of 25 people. We booked most of the rooms so have experience of the varied sizes of rooms on offer. We have 3small kids travelling with us and family room they gave us is terrible! Now way you can close the door between rooms, the lock is broken. Towels smell funny like never washed.
