The hotel is very good and good value for the money. Is modern, clean and new. Rooms are big and comfortable. Do not think to sleep with the window open because the railway station is very noisy. No restaurant but only a cafeteria which stop serving food at 6 pm. Very bad Wi-Fi in the room.

The place is spooky like no other! I mean it! Never been in such a place. The stuff, corridors full of creepy paintings, the bar as well as the hotel rooms with washbasins and wardrobe supported with part of a candlestick underneath :) U feel like beeing a part of hostel movie! If U like this type of places....nothing better...

Arrived starving hungry at 11pm after a traumatic trip from Bratislava. There were no food establishments open nor the hotel restaurant but the night manager ordered us a pizza immediately on request. We were very impressed. Rooms were good and comfortable but lacked a kettle. Excellent location near the bus station/train station and the local supermarket Billa. Would recommend this...

We stopped at this hotel for something to eat and drink while waiting for our bus to get back to Zakopane. The place is near to the train and bus station very well located for passing trade. Service was very good and quick. 4 of us ordered all different food and all were really tasty and plentiful. The coffee at...

I called in to have a coffee in the coffee shop here. I was curious about staying in the hotel in the future - I did not stay in the hotel this time. The waitress (Stanislava) was very helpful and spoke excellent English. The coffee shop area was well presented. Unfortunately, it was spoiled by people smoking in the eating...

I stayed here for 2 days. Room was very clean and seemed to be new renovated. Comfortable bed and very clean and modern bathroom. Also the cafe-bar on the ground floor is very nice - serving excellent coffee. This hotel is Great choice for business travelers - close to the centrum, train.

We went to this hotel to celebrate New Years Eve with friends. Since it is a four star hotel we naturally had som expectations on service. The staff in the reception was most of the time quite unpleasant. We stayed for three days, and when we after the second day complained about that our room was still not done, they...

This hotel is slightly old fashioned but very well situated. A few minutes from the airport by bus and a very short walk from the train station for the train to the mountains or the main line to Bratislava.

This hotel is overpriced for what it provides. The proximity to the bus and train station is why we stayed here as we had a tight train connection. We got up early in order to see Spis castle before our departure, but breakfast does not start until 7:30. We attempted to leave our bags but were told that the left...

We booked Hotel Europa in Poprad, not realizing that this is a fairly large industrial town with no "tourist" ambience, because there were places in the area that we wanted to see. Almost didn't find the hotel with our GPS, and almost drove on out of town, but we persevered and with a phone call found Hotel Europa, which is...
