We've been there on a business trip, one of our business partner celebrated an anniversary there. So we did not try wellness facility. Our room was average size (a bit small), bathroom was a bit smelly and a bit small. There were some flies trapped between the window and the curtain, so I must get rid of them. We've been...

We have spent two days at the hotel, which was renovated recently. It was nice and clean. We have only breakfast, which was nothing special, but fine. Bathroom is very small, but nice again and was for me not s problem.

Location is good, right on the lakeside, but far enough from the noisy promenade. Reception staff was polite. So was maintenance staff ... but the reason I know this was we got to call them as the heating was not operating, they fixed it, but during the night it was turned off centraly which made the morning very cold. Room...

This is the third time we've stayed here as a family. The location is perfect - right at water's edge in the thick of all the action. Large Indoor pool - just in case there is poor weather, and spa. Nice outdoor pool too. Lots of lounge chairs and grass.. Family suites - two bedrooms with t.v.s, (though following European...

Spent 4 days, 3 nights here during late August. Hotel was exactly what we were hoping for: great location near the lake, good air conditioning, pool and spa options. Already talking about a vacation repeat here next year. We loved the balcony and view (agree with others who mentioned it's much better to be on the side not overlooking the...

This place was bad. I mean really bad. The soap/shampoo/conditioner in the shower dispenser is horrible. The shower is horrible. The bathroom is horrible. The pool is tiny. The breakfast is disgusting, one toaster for 2 slices for 100 people eating at once. 3 types of eggs, scrambled with a film on them, just not nice. Was a 1 star...

We stayed in this hotel with our extended family including small baby and children. The room is very tiny, we could just about fit our pram in with the travel cot. The aircon was playing up in the second room. It was the middle of night, when we tried to turn it on I rang reception and there was no...

Stayed here during the summer holiday with extended family and as most of speak Hungarian we did not have any language barrier. I've found the rooms very small for a European standard and the AC they offer is too weak to cool down the rooms, especially on the sunny side of the hotel (parking lot view). I must say though...

I booked on Expedia, and then a day later, the room prices had jumped, so rather than take a lower amount from me, they decided to cancel on me, and then re-sell it. Scum, sub human scum. Disgusting way to treat a customer.

I came here for a conference. This hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is helpful and the rooms are very comfortable and modern. I have tried the spa and swimming pool and they were nice. There is also sauna and massage services. The food is good and basic. Good value for money!
