I agree with you that we are not the ones doing the talking.
If I understand correctly, this Hotel can be a "supplementary" service of the Da Vinci Center in your neighbor's town, where you can stay at an acceptable price for people of all ages and, if necessary, receive medical services, subject to prior approval.

We were with your family between Karacsony and Uj ev, just to visit :)

What is good:

- the rooms are clean, cultured and normally equipped
- you also get breakfast at 9:45 a.m., which is also included in the price (this is usually cheaper in other places)
- the morning's other "josag" is just asking me if you get and how much money for breakfast :) here you get and enough.. Like!
- the look is nice, but incredibly unroutine
- it's in a very nice place! Mecsek... Forest wind... Hmmm... Heavenly!
- the apartment and the environment are also good

What I don't like:

- It calls itself a sports hotel, but on the inside there is a covered billiard table and the names of the rooms (you find your room based on sports names, not numbers) are reminiscent of sports. Not a fitness machine, not two bicycles, not a 4x4m pool. Nothing. Max Nordic walking in the forest. :(
- it is written in the bathroom that the floor doesn't look dirty because of the dirt, but it's hard to believe (but I can't bring it.. look at the photos..)
- in the bathroom, the shower cubicle was not pushed up, which obviously fits in and I can sleep, but.... It's empty, or is it like this?! I don't mean to be mean, but I was...
- bar counter, serial option not included. The reception is open until 10, until then you can buy a line, a Udit, a Rovid from the Hut... or a minibar... hmm..

Overall, we got what we needed. Correct aton sallast Pecsett. Some airbnb apartments are much more expensive and much worse than this place. Szoval ar/ertek is ok in gold, but it is not a wellness hotel... It doesn't want to be.

Stayed here for one night during the conference in the city. Hotel is some 3km from the city centre, up the hill. Driving can be a bit demanding, but there are plenty of taxis. Hotel is new and smaller one, nicely fitted with modern furniture. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast was ok. Price very affordable.

Good hotel for maximum 2 days stay. If you passing through Pecs, the Hotel can be a good option. Please find my pros and cons :
Pros : walk in shower, modern design, very good breakfast, friendly staff.
Cons: beside breakfast, salads or sandwiches, there is no other dining option; limited drink menu selection, wines - low to medium quality

Really nice hotel - modernly furnished, clean, with comfortable bed, and room in general, and nice bathroom. It has this theme thing - rooms don't have numbers, but are named after some sports (ours was sailing- so we had illustration on the wall, framed pictures and magazine about sailing :). Breakfast was good - you can order hot dish, scrambled eggs from the breakfast menu, so it is served hot. At least this was the case when we visited - in February 2015. Hotel is on the hill, near TV tower - you will need a car probably to go to the city center but you will have great night slip. If you would like to walk to the hotel after couple of drinks than you can maybe choose some hotel near the center. Staff if really helpful and nice, they can improve their English though.. We had difficulties finding the street when we first arrived, so you may remember Fenyves street as well (if you are using Nokia maps..). For every recommendation. Good value for money.

Currently staying here and plan on staying two nights. I have stayed one night so far. The hotel is very relaxing and the staff is very nice. During this trip me and my friend were on a 2.5 week trip of. Hungary and Romania staying in Budapest, Nyíregyháza, Debrecen, Cluj-Napoca, Szeged, Pécs, Veszprem, Savara, and Papa. Pécs is beautiful. It was nice to stay on the outskirts of the city, the hotel grounds are beautiful. There is an excellent view of the city, and the main city center is easily accessible via 5-10 minute drive with a car. There are amazing views on the drive down and up. Breakfast was great.

My husband (who is Hungarian) and I lived in Pecs in the early '90's and have visited this city many times. This hotel is a breath of fresh air, literally. It is a little out of the way, not near the city center, up in the Mescek Mountain. It is linked to the DaVinci Clinic, where cosmetic surgery is performed and patients recover here. Having stayed in almost all of the hotels in this city over the years, it is by far, the cleanest, most modern and quietest. Lovely breakfast, no restaurant. Staff are very friendly, helpful and competent. Beautiful surroundings. Free WIFI. Massages and other cosmetic procedures are available. Since this hotel is on the mountain, it would be best to have a car. If you love very clean, minimalist environments, this hotel is for you. We are thrilled to have this hotel in Pecs and will not not stay elsewhere.

The staff were very helpful and kind.
They have no restaurant in the hotel but they offered to order us dinner from anywhere we just want. The reception is working also a drink-bar.
The buffet breakfast was very good and they give also a very good coffee.
The rooms were quiet and comfortable with very big windows also in the bathroom.
They have no restaurant or wellness area - this is the only negative thing.
The water is leaking in the bathroom. During shower flooded all over the floor.

I stayed here for 11 nights as it is right next door to the Davinci Clinic where I was having surgery. The rooms are ultra modern and spotlessly clean. The public areas are the same. Wifi is free throughout the hotel. There are plenty of parking spaces. After surgery I needed a few special requests and these were met without hesitation. I doubt any large hotel chain would have offered me the same exceptional service that Gabor, Daniel and the rest of the Staff gave me. I felt unwell one day and just enquired at reception about the possibility of using a blood pressure monitor to check my BP. Within 2 minutes one of the lovely therapists had sat me down and was checking my BP for me. Following this another lovely therapist then gave me a complimentary head and shoulder massage. Absolutely perfect customer service! Nothing was too much trouble.
Drink prices in the hotel, including the minibar are excellent.
The only bit of constructive criticism I can offer the hotel management for its English guests is that there are a couple of issues about breakfast and food availability which need addressing. The breakfast food definitely needs to be refrigerated. The items are laid out from 7am. Yoghurts, cheese, salami etc. By 9am the produce is not palatable especially in the heat of the summer. A very minimal continental breakfast is offered, although you can ask for hot cooked items. We did this on a couple of occasions but the language barrier hindered things and we never got what we asked for. Maybe the hotel could offer a more extensive printed menu for English Breakfast, Hard boiled egg, soft boiled egg etc.
The hotel is right at the top of a hillside. Without a hire car you would need to walk a very long way down to the town to find shops and restaurants. For this reason it would be better if the hotel increased the choice on the lunch and dinner menu. As a guest using the hotel after surgery, had I not had a relative to bring me meals to my room I would have struggled for lunch and dinner.
Other than the food issues mentioned above, I cannot fault the hotel. I would definitely recommend it and I will be returning next year when I go for further surgery. Thank you to all the staff for everything you did for me to make my stay more comfortable. See you next year :-)
