This is a very simple 3-star hotel, used to be a student hostel. Internally nicely renovated, do not expect too much but rather cheap so good cost-benefit ratio. The rooms are OK, the breakfast selection is fine. The congress centre is for about 100-120 persons.

The hotel itself is nice. It is modern, it is clean, the rooms are large, the 'wellness centre' is very nice to visit (especially the hydrotherapy pool) I do however have 2 main disappointments:

The cleaning staff will service your room some days, however on others they will simply throw your duvet on the bed and that's it. They sometimes won't even bother to hang towels on the radiator if they are on the floor of the shower (which I think is the universal sign of "new towel please".

The restaurant was poor; in terms of service and quality of food. I actually lost weight in the 2 weeks I was here, as after a while I lost the desire to eat. This is not a comment on Hungarian cuisine; I have visited Hungary before and I can say with certainty that I am a fan. The restaurant here however was well below-par. Even the clients at the company I was visiting agreed with this (If I visited again I would most likely try to stay somewhere else).

The rooms were responsibly priced and quite large with table & chairs as well as a large couch there was also a good size fridge. However, there was no aircon and the rooms became very hot during the day. The hotel is situated 3 miles from the town, however, there is a regular bus service or a taxi will cost around 1400hf. There was a large Tesco with food hall situated near by. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Terrible.
No one in the hotel spoke English.
The checking was not appropriate and my parents experienced the cleaning staff just entering their room early in the morning without knocking. This was reasoned by that we had “not checked in” but of course we had and had already both payed, talked to the receptions and gotten the keys to the room.

They did not clean our rooms once / make the bed or give us new towels!!! Never during four days. We didn’t even get new towels after asking the receptionist for new ones.
There was also NO TOALETT PAPER IN THE HOTEL. we got two tiny rolls when arriving and no new during four days.

The breakfast was ok, but they didn’t fill up anything when it became empty. One morning there was almost just bread and eggs, and no juices. Overall not a good experience at all… no service, no communication in English, no cleaning, no towels. Don’t go here!!!

We stayed in a triple room (006). Spacious room with good modern design, large closet, refrigerator, international TV, 2 beds and sofa, 2 armchairs, table.
I want to note comfortable beds, excellent shower room, high-quality filling (shower gel, soap, etc.).
The view from the window is not the most presentable, but it was not important for us.

Breakfasts are rich and varied. The products are fresh and tasty.

Cons: location, 20 minutes by public transport to the center, ~40 minutes on foot.

We had our wedding at this hotel. The contact person with whom we had an appointment to talk about the final things was busy with a couple that arrived without an appointment during OUR appointment. We had enough after 25 minutes, as we let the receptionist know that we were waiting for that person. They made a mistake, did not apologize, but expected us to turn back ten minutes after we left..this is anything but service! On the wedding day and even before that we told them that we would go and pick up the extra food and drinks the morning after the wedding. When we arrived, we were "greeted" by three ill-mannered members of the restaurant staff, who told us they "threw our food out" at 7 am. The headwaiter stated that the staff ALWAYS puts the food in the fridge except for today. When the wedding was over at 2am, the table was full of food and two half wedding cakes (that were ordered from an expensive confectionery).. The headwaiter also stated that there was only one slice of cake left in the morning and just a few leftovers . It probably has nothing to do with the 70 missing food boxes that we had to give them on the wedding day (so that we can put the food in those when we come for it). The headwaiter literally said: "I was not working last night I do not know who did this, but I understand that it is an annoying situation". They did not apologize nor did they give part of our money back as the amount they stole was at least a 100 euros worth! We paid a lot for the food, they got a big tip and they still find the way to steal and lie! Besides, the drinks were overpriced compared to Hungarian standards (1850HUF for 2x2dl of water is a joke..you have top restaurants in that city where the cocktails are cheaper). The worst hotel, the worst service! Shame on Hungarians!Bloody thieves! To top it up, the bathrooms of the hotel are covered in scale and rust. Totally not worth the price! There are nice hotels in the city, close to the city-center that offer a very nice service. Do not waste your money on these thieves, they will rip you off! Especially if you are a foreigner. Besides..nobody speaks English other than using some very basic expressions. It's not that difficult to add extra zeros to the end of the amount that you have to pay when you have no idea what you are paying for!

We stayed at this hotel from July 28th till August 2nd, part of a group of travelers attending a big event in Pecs. The rooms we were assigned, on the 3rd floor, were extremely old and appallingly dirty. The following morning I found two bed bugs on one of the bed pillowcases, one of them alive. The mattress covers and pillows had old stains and had obviously not been washed in a long time.
We protested and were first told there were no other rooms. Eventually there were rooms, and we were moved to a room on the second floor, a standard renovated room. Even so, no one came to clean the bathroom on the four days we were in the room. Lifting the sheets showed a mattress cover that was not clean.

We stayed at this hotel for a week. The rooms were large which was great as we were a family. The service was good, friendly staff.
However the beds were really hard. The hotel was dirty, poorly cleaned, dust and dirt in the corners, and the rugs on the floor were still covered with hair. The babychair we used in the restaurant was not wiped down between uses so we had to clean it ourselves. There were cockroaches in the restaurant and in the hallways. The breakfast was very simple, a poor choice of food, stale bread and rolls, no juice but some watered out cordial. I would not recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights with 20 people for work, it was close to where we were working so an obvious choice.
First impressions were mixed, old fashioned reception but reasonably modern rooms.
We pre ordered dinner which was shocking, deep fried food, rice covered in cheese and served by ignorant unfriendly staff
There was a noisy reception going on until midnight, which made the opening of the window impossible due to the noise, though the rooms were stuffy.
The room looked modern but needed the money spending on better beds, shower and toilet fittings. The shower was poor and the fittings kept falling off the walls

The bathroom itself was just dirty, no corner had been cleaned in ages!

I can see that on their website there are 55 rooms, not 300. What is this?!
