Reception: Kind and helpful. Room: The room was clean but they should invest some money into the swapping of CRT televisions. Food: Well it depends on your taste. I would say that the breakfast did not include a wide range of variety. Eggs, cold cuts, sunny-side-up, cheese. Sausages, and vegan stuff were missing. So do not expect big variety of... More

Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival. Hotel looked quite pleasant on the surface, however our room was at the back of the building with a "panoramic view" of an empty lot in a suburban street. The room was absolutely tiny and the two of us could barely move around. There was not one square inch to place personal items... More

We are regular visitors to Russia and on this trip we incorporated our first visit to Hungary. We have had no problems with theft UNTIL this trip. Just once, we left our wallet in the room, for a very short time and someone took 20,000Huf from it. This wasn't discovered until we were at the airport and attempting to convert... More

Eger is a lovely town, and the Panorama is a great place to stay to see it all. The room was a decent size (despite the slanted ceilings that I kept hitting my head on!) and the bathroom was well appointed. The location makes for an easy walk of the town.
