I stayed in this hotel whilst visiting Debrecen on business. This is a very nice hotel in a good location for the city centre and office. There is a variety of restaurant types in the streets opposite the hotel, they appear to be good quality and are reasonably priced. Hotel, Easy fluent check-in and check-out, there is also a locked... More

Quite a few good points, but some drawbacks that make me reluctantly knock off a fourth star. Starting with the good: first, dignified, reserved and efficient front desk staff. Second, an immaculately clean and comfortable room (sadness at the absence of a bathtub in favour of a, to be fair, very controllable and untemperamental shower was merely a reflection of... More

Elevators not working for 2 days! Breakfast was good. I thought it was wrong to make their customers pay for parking despite having charged hotel fees. Telephones not working/could not place important calls from the hotel telephone. I will not go back!

stayed for 3 nights, the room is very clean and breakfast pretty neat. They have a swimming pool and some treadmills but it's not exactly a "fitness center". It's not in the city center but it's close enough, about 5 minutes walk. There is this hotel called Divinus which is the only 5 star hotel in Debrecen but it's e... More

For: Central location, short stroll from the main square. Direct connection to the adjacent Kölcsey conference center, which is very comfortable if you attend an event. Good quality, natural materials used in the rooms. Friendly priced garage (2000 HUF/d) Against: Noisy when youngsters play skateboard in front of the hotel during daytime. Carpet in the room is worn out. Check... More

Participated on a conference, and was surprised to see, how this place could manage 3, or 4 "events" at the same time (Ours had 200 guests). The conference room was fine, a space in front of it for small exhibition booths. The buffet-service was more, than average (fresh cakes etc). The lunch was OK, the dinner was more, than this...
