We stayed at The Aria for two days this August. The staff at the Front desk (Anna) welcomed us to the hotel and gave us some good hints on where to eat. The hotel is well located. The room was very nice and modern (although we could have used instructions on all the light and blinds switches). The breakfast buffet had many choices and the staff was helpful. We visited the rooftop bar which sported amazing views but it was so busy that we were not able to secure a table (it was a Friday night). This hotel was very nice but more boutique than luxury.
Our stay at the Aria Hotel Budapest was fabulous! From the moment we arrived, we experienced incredible hospitality, customer service, and warmth from the hotel staff--specifically Csaba, Vivian, Anna, Jason, and Paula. I have stayed in fine hotels all over the world, but none surpassed the welcome and dedication to us that we experienced at the Aria. I have grown accustomed to fabulous staff customer service in my many stays at the Elysee Hotel, New York City, another Library Hotel. However, all of the Aria staff all get a 10 out of 10 for excellence. The hotel has incredible accommodations and features in a terrific location. Jean and I would love to stay there again! Pictured in the included photo are my wife Jean and me with Aria staff members, Anna and Vivian. We consider these lovely ladies our friends now.…
My friend and I tremendously enjoyed our stay at the music-themed Aria hotel on our recent trip to Budapest. The property is lovely, and the staff were wonderful: friendly, professional, and unceasingly helpful. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable (Molton Brown products in the bathroom), and the breakfast buffet offered many delicious selections. The Aria, on the Pest side of the Danube, is a block from St. Stephen's Basilica and close to great shopping areas, as well as the very easy-to-use public transportation system in Budapest. They also have a well-equipped gym and spa, and a lovely rooftop terrace. We would highly recommend the Aria for your Budapest stay!
Beautiful hotel, with great customer service and well-appointed rooms. I liked how certain towers were separated with different elevators, which cuts down on crowds. I also enjoyed the selection of in-room entertainment, including the selection of CDs and DVDs available in the lobby. I would have enjoyed having a small business center -- even just one computer with a printer, so I didn't have to bother the front desk staff.
Wonderful hotel in excellent area sky bar great - fantastic views In the middle f everything- walking to lots of beautiful areas Restaurant service was attentive and food was of great quality Cocktails inventive and yummy
The Aria is one of our favourite hotels that we have ever stayed at. From the spectacular breakfests, the wine and cheese gathering at 4, the spa downstairs, the rooms themselves, the skytop lounge/restaurant and the freindly staff we really enjoyed ourselves. It is a little pricey but we loved our stay at the Aria!
The Aria hotel is a gem. It’s location is perfect for walking around this incredible city and dining at local restaurants. It also has the best rooftop bar/restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating with patio heaters along with spectacular views of the city and St Stephen's Basilica. The included breakfast menu is outstanding as is the afternoon cheese and wine which add great value to the stay as does the spa area. We would like to thank Petra and Rita in reservations for all their help with our travel plans and transfers. The front desk, porter, the lady who looked after our rooms, the lovely Jason serving our wine and the very talented Kornel, playing the piano and harmonica all made our stay feel very special. The Aria hotel and its team certainly exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Thank you all once again!…
Mini moon Review of Aria Hotel Budapest by Library Hotel Collection Pending review We spent 3 nights at this stunning hotel in August. Situated in the heart of Budapest, we didn't use any taxis, we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to visit. We were greeted by the lovely staff on visit and special welcome from Kornel the musical director who congratulated us on our honeymoon and on my Wife's pregnancy which was a lovely touch. We were given the Michael Jackson room, which was stunning and a lovely balcony to relax, we were also greeted with a bottle of champagne. The complimentary cheese and wine was a lovely touch. The breakfast every morning was fantastic, wide range of continental and cooked breakfast. My wife was missing her morning pancakes there for weeks on our return. The staff would do anything they could to help you enjoy your visit. A huge thank you to one of the staff members (unfortunately can't remember her name) who kindly made a reservation for us at a local Italian restaurant from their recommendation which was lovely. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her relaxing pregnacy massage and we both enjoyed the spa facilities provided. It is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in, we felt very privileged to be there and can see why it attracts the rich and famous. Steve Aoki visited whilst we there. A big thank you for helping to making our mini-moon one that we will not forget.…
This is an amazing hotel - really nicely themed, lovey sized rooms with great amenities. The location is perfect and last, but most importantly the staff are very friendly and all willing to help with whatever you need. We loved the breakfast and afternoon cheese and wine. The Spa facilities were spot on, and the massage was a nice way to end our holiday. We were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary and would recommend to all couples looking for a special hotel in Budapest.
