I stayed here for two nights on business - my third stay at the hotel. It's a really nice place to stay and in terms of location you won't find anywhere better - right in the centre of the city. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable with modern fixtures and fittings and good quality beds. The staff are really...

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything is very close, especially the metro, tram and bus station. The rooms are big enough, shower is nice and powerful. Bit noisy at night with people in the street. Great choise at the breakfast buffet.

The hotel is close to restaurant, buses Metro and a shopping district. Everything is access if you like to walk or by bus and metro! The hotel is very clean, the rooms are roomy / large and the breakfasts are excellent with fruit, meats, eggs, hot dishes, breads and deserts, etc. This hotel is secure and very relaxing, the staff...

Great location that was walking distance to restaurants, nightlife and popular tourist attractions. Room was clean, comfortable, quiet, nicely decorated and well appointed. Buffet breakfast was excellent with wide selection of coffees, fruit, breads, hot items, cold meat, cheese, etc. They even had "champagne".

The hotel is a few minutes from the subway and bus station. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and versatile. We can really recommend the hotel.

The hotel has character, we felt welcome and well taken care of. The central location means that it's fairly loud at night and we didn't particularly love the morning fare. If the breakfast improves and the room offers a complimentary set of earplugs, there will be little to complain about. Definitely to be recommended for young, party-eager travelers as a...

First opinion of hotel when arrived was room was small, limited space for clothes, mattress was uncomfortable, two single duvets on a double bed and one pillow each... Room was cold and when we enquired we were told the heating for the hotel was switched to air conditioning two weeks prior, however the average day time temp being 10 degrees...

As a family, we had 2 rooms at the back side. They we're connected by a door. We stayed for 5 nights. Only one night there was too much noise from another building. Breakfast was good, but not enough variety of bread.

After my partner and I missing our flight the staff were very understanding with our late check in and were very helpful with any queries we had. There was a free bottle of champagne in our room as it was both of our birthdays! The room service was amazing (we got chocolate bunnies on Easter Sunday) and the breakfast was...

Staying in District VII / Jewish Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.
