Just spent 6 nights at this Hotel and really enjoyed the experience. The room was clean and perfectly adequate for our needs. Breakfast is included in the Tariff and makes the Hotel excellent value for money. The location is really good in a pleasant and quiet neighbourhood with easy access to public transport. Several of the major Tourist attractions are...

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment, we could not have chosen a better hotel for 2 couples travelling together, it was perfect for our party, with a large living area and kitchen, allowed us to finish the evening with a night cap and chat, and to start the day with a coffee and discussion on where to head off to in...

When we arrived, after getting lost, friendly and quick check in, we found out we didn't have breakfast included but that was fine, our room was on the 4th floor, when entering we was amazed, the room was very spacious, spotless clean, and even had a kitchen. The location of the hotel is very convenient, about 20 minutes to the...

Stayed here for 4 nights with 2 friends. Room was spacious, more like and apartment with a separate bedroom with 2 single beds and a very comfortable bed settee ( room 34). Staff arranged a taxi from the airport for us, both ways. Cost about £35 each trip. Kettle, fridge, and washing up liquid supplied and it would be easy...

Budapest is a perfect city break for those who enjoy walking and soaking up a different culture and atmosphere. We stayed for 4 nights and still didn't do everything on my list. The local spa baths are a lovely experience - do try them - we ended up staying the whole day.

Recently spent three nights at the City Hotel in a one bedroomed apartment - could not fault it. Spacious enough for one or two people, well equipped kitchenette with everything you would need to make a snack, spacious bathroom with a great shower, comfortable bed (two single beds in a one bedroom apartment), a very good breakfast to start the...

Staying in District VII / Jewish Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.
