I stayed here with my husband, in June. We booked a standard room, the size was good with brand new furniture. The breakfast is very good, thanks for the hungarian selection, the zsiros kenyer is tasty. The staff is very friendly, the receptionists gave us very good tips about the local restaurants, city tour bookings. This hotel is a very...

The staff were friendly and tried to do their best to make us happy. The plus was that it was probably the most central hotel in Budapest (only a 1 min walk to the big Deak Ter which is the main train station in middleof Town). They also offered us breakfast which is once again a huge plus.

Hotel location is great. Room sizes were good for Europe. Breakfast was the same, but you need to make sure you're down before 10 AM or the selection isn't there. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.

I have re-visited the hotel and have found the same high standard. Very clean room and bathroom, both are perfect in comfort and size. Proper services and very friendly personnel. Tasty breakfast, offered without any extra charge. The location, as stated before, is absolutely perfect, this hotel is very close to the central metro station Deák Ferenc Square, a major...

The tram stops just a few blocks away, they will take you wherever else you want to go. The breakfast is plentiful with choices and quality. The staff could not...

Thank you a lot! we stayed there for one night on last week during our trip by car from Moscow to Athens. If you arriving at night you will find public parking just outside - cost not really much, also they have private parking somewhere around - 15 euro. We had check-in at 3am, i guess, but still all staff...

The Regency Suites are in a fantastic location in walking distance to all the major attractions in Budapest. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the bathrooms modern. The traditional Hungarian breakfast was a bonus. There was a great bar next door perfect for a few relaxing drinks. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, and very friendly staff. Most of them are speaking Romanian. The lunch menu in their restaurant is very delicious, and costs only 2,5 euro. I was on business trip, so I did not attend any touristic programme, but I intend to return in this hotel next summer with my family.

Staying in District VII / Jewish Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.
