That was my first (but maybe not last) visit of this nice hotel. It is simply an unexpected good value for money - Great combination of helpful staff, clean accommodation, hotel restaurant which serves local dishes (don't forget to try some Halászlé or Pörkölt), quiet vicinity, occasion for fishing, rowing, running or just take a walk... and of course, centre...

It was very nice hotel at quiet place on side of Duna river (fishing, sailoring area). Yet that is true, that hotel is not in the center of city, but there is good connection by (train+tram) or (taxi+tram) up to 1/2 hour to main center. Staff was helpfully. Breakfast with big choice (cereals, jams, salams, chees...and more, + vegetables, melons)....

A lovely quiet getaway on a nice clean botel, the food was good local fare and plenty of it at a reasonable price. A long way from the centre though and about 1/2 hour taxi ride for sight seeing, but if you want peace and quiet in the evening, just watching the locals fishing this is the place for you....

It was very nice. A lot of information at reception, helpful staff. Breakfast was good, you can choose from a lot of different types of food, from cereals and eggs to toast and cheese. The baloney was kind of cheap though. But in general, it was a nice, full breakfast. It's quiet, lot of fresh air, trees, grass, excellent for...

Worst hotel I've ever been to. Far from the city, rude personal and it could also get you a nice surprise, as for us: they moved us to another hotel far away (even MORE than the Botel itself), 2 stars instead of 3. Obvioulsy it has been told the very day we were leaving for Budapest so we couldn't change...

Great value hotel, room was clean, nice and warm (it was snowing and about 1 degree C) and breakfast was very good. I wouldn't recommend if you have no car as it is a trek from the city centre. Do try the restaurant for local dishes and good value. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Firstly the location of the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, not a place you would want to travel back to late at night, it's not near the city centre at all, having to take busses and trams which are very confusing if you don't know which stops to change at or which busses. The breakfast was simple buffet,...

The hotel is out of town but we knew that before we went. it wasn't that difficult to get too we caught a tram and a train and walked over the bridge. We only stayed one night and that was long enough. Lovely location to chill out and do nothing which is what we wanted for an afternoon and just...

Emplacement of the Botel Hotel Lisa is terrible. You have to take bus nb. 23 and tram nb. 2 to get to the downtown. It takes min. 40 minutes to get there. Botel itself is located on the edge of huge commuterville (?) called Csepel, so if you want to see a real face of Budapest and its people, good...
