The staff of the hotel appeared to be really friendly and helpful. The room was clean, it had air conditioning, a tv, a phone. We really enjoyed the breakfasts as they were delicious and everything was fresh and tasty. I believe I'll choose the same hotel at the next visit in Budapest.

Well I wasn't expecting much for the price that we paid but what a surprise! This is a very friendly small hotel and the staff just couldn't do enough for you. It was spotlessly clean and although you have your breakfast (and evening meal if you wish, the restaurant is open till 11pm) at the sister hotel a few yards...

We were a group of 18, all families with young children, transiting Budapest on the way from the UK to Ukraine. The reception staff are friendly, helpful, polite and speak excellent English. They coped well with our confusing booking requirements, and gave helpful advice for getting around Budapest. They even let some of our group use the office computer to...

I stayed at this hotel with my mom and boyfriend October 2007 for 2 weeks. I had a hard time deciding just which hotel I wanted to stay in while we were in Budapest. Finally, I decided on this one based on its location and the reviews I read. The price included 3 beds which other hotels wanted extra for...

Very comfortable hotel, which although a little way out of city centre, in a reasonably quiet suburb with excellent bus links. We stayed in the annexe where the restaurant is situated and had fairly basic rooms which were clean and comfortable (especially the wonderful beds - twin beds zipped together with separate duvets). We had a little balcony with 2...

My partner and I stayed for 5 nights in June '07 and would summarise our stay in the following categories: Hotel staff: Great, very friendly and knowledgeable. Room: The main problem was that the room was incredibly hot even with a fan. We noticed this on the first night but did not request a change because we thought we might...

receptionist was laid-back and friendly when we arrived; showed us to our room, how to use the air-con and left us to it. Room had a nice spacious balcony, plenty of essential hotel type things and every day loads of towels, restocked fridge, refilled soap dispenser..stuff like that...excellent breakfast, too in a really nice restaurant. And the wobbly loo seat...

This is a great little hotel/guest house which ticks all the right boxes. 1. Spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms, recently refurbished and a comfy bed. Towels changed daily PLUS we had the benefit of a balcony. 2. The location is in a very nice leafy part of Buda, as others have said, it is a bus ride into the City...

I stayed at this hotel for four nights July 13- Sunday 16 July 2006 with a friend and we were both pleased with are individual bedrooms .The rooms had double beds and air conditioning which was much needed as the weather was hot. There is a shower room with toilet and wash basin which I thought was a reasonable size....

Have just stayed at this hotel, 11th June to t he 16th June. Terrific place to stay and amazing value for money. Hugely friendly staff, great breakfasts and very comfortable beds! Very peaceful, and well sound proofed rooms. The only thing that woke us up were the birds singing in the mornings. In a quiet suburb of budapest this is...
