I'm pretty sure it was 2pm, hope this helps, but if the room is ready they would probably let you check in early. However, they have room to store baggage securely, so you could always leave your bags and go exploring!
We got a taxi For about£20.
There is a booth when you leave the airport whe you pre pay,however the return journey we booked through the hotel was the same price. Nice car and very smart and pleasant driver.
