There are no trains from airport, you get a bus from airport to the train station or there is an express bus that takes you straight into centre(900HUF) Travel Cards are excellent value they cover virtually all forms of transport. Dont get Budacard unless planning on visiting attractions. Normal travel card better value. buy them from the kiosk in the airport or from the ATMs

As we got off the plane, walk out of the airport and you will see a yellow kiosk. This is the official taxi office. We told them where we needed to go. They print a ticket with taxi registration number, which pulled up within seconds and also the cost which was around £20.
