We stayed there before and we were satisfied. It is a great value - cheap and very central. We went back there this year and I must say we were a little bit disappointed. We have arrived around 2 am (having previously advised the hostel of our arrival time - which was not a problem to them), and having climbed...

We stayed outside the main hostel in one of their private apartments. The room was very clean and had free wifi. When checking in to the main building there is no lift, great for backpackers but not for those with cases - however there is a lift in the private apartment which helps. Breakfast was not anything fancy - toast...

Stayed here for one night recently. The Hostel is set in the middle of the action in a busy part of Budapest. There are shops, bars and restaurants everywhere so you are spoilt for choice. The hostel is accessed by telecom and it would be hard to miss the door if you weren't paying attention. The place is clean and...

Super large private apartments with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom perfect for travelling in a pre-made group. Not great for solo travellers as no communal room and quite lonely. But great location next to a train station and along a high street, right next to clubbing district so perfect location for nightlife.

This certainly isn't a luxury 5* hotel but for the price I paid (double room to myself at probably about €15 a night) I wouldn't expect it to be. Not easy to carry luggage up three flights of steps for some but the welcome once there makes it worthwhile. I had to check in at about 1am because of my...

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms are big and comfortable. The location is great because you can walk to the river embankment and the castle and zoo in 20 mins. There are 2 metro stations nearby. I would go back to this place !

From a hostel, I guess, one can't expect too much. We were still a bit surprised. First we had to get our keys from the hostel. 4th floor, no elevator. Previously they said we could check in earlier but when we arrived they said the guests are still there. So we had to wait around with our 60 kilos of...

My boyfriend surprised me with a trip to Budapest and booked this hostel. It is budget and that you can tell. But when we got there we got the key to our appartement, and realised the space and privacy we got. Breakfast at the hostel is poor, but with a supermarket on the corner we just fixed it ourselves. Location...

Nice 5 beds dormitory. The kitchen is correct as is the breakfast you get included. The location is great, close to a metro station and 10 minutes walking to the center (where the ferris wheels is). The taff is lovely and we keep the memory of a spacious and bright dormitory
