We were a group of five and we had a huge apartment. Location wise its fantastic and you're on the doorstep of some really nice bars and restaurants. The room could've slept 10. The beds are comfortable and you have everything you need in the room. Towels, plug adopters, speakers, tv, iron etc all here so you'll not need to...

Had a fantastic welcome and was given advice on all the amenities and maps to help us find our way around. There was a welcome bottle of wine as well as coffee, tea and milk. The apartment was lovely and had everything there, home from home. The bed was so comfortable. There was enough storage and wardrobe space for clothing, wifi...

I took my family to the apartments at the end of May 2016, I was very impressed with the quality of the accommodation, (the photos do not do it justice), the helpfulness of the reception staff and the location. There is good WIFI in the apartment, it is well located in the city and close to lots of things. We...

It's fun to write a review when the entire experience was so positive. The rooms are nice, clean and well equipped. The location is in a lively quarter, with lots of restaurants and bar nearby (although the rooms themselves are very quiet). There's a close access to Metro, bus and hop on/hop off buses. The staff is friendly, and very...

We stayed in apartment #7 for five nights. It was newly renovated, nicely decorated, and immaculately clean. We received a warm, welcoming and helpful reception, and had no problems with the apartment whatsoever during our stay. There is a clothes washer but no dryer in the unit. A drying rack is provided and it suited our needs just fine. The...

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff at reception were helpful on arrival and booked a taxi for us back to the airport. We had coffee and wine in the room on arrival which was nice. Very central location. We walked everywhere but this was by choice. Metro is only a couple of minutes aways. Tesco and Spar right outside and...

I can only add to what others have said. This is very nice, unique accommodation with very friendly staff. A very convenient and comfortable base from which to explore Budapest. The pictures speak for themselves really, it's a cool place. It got to -12 degrees at one point and the apartment was well heated and comfortable. Appreciated the wine and...

Staff were great, good communication and very friendly. Easy to deal with upon arrival. Apartment was as described and very well equipped. Very good lcoation for the Jewish Quarter, which in my opinion is the best part of Budapest. The only issues for us is that the wifi stopped working on the last night, the toilet flush broke on the...

Staying in District VII / Jewish Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.
