We booked two apartments next to eachother, each for 4 girls. They were clean and modern in the lounge, kitchen and bedrooms. The sofa bed which folded out to a double was even surprisingly comfortable!! The bathroom and toilet room however stunk of urine from the moment we arrived, in both apartments. This somehow got worse over the trip, even...

This was a good choice since we were attending religious services in the neighborhood for a few days during our visit. We felt that we could invite others in to our apartment. It was simple but comfortable. It had TV, kitchen with microwave oven, stove w oven, fridge. The small washer in the bathroom had no instructions. The street just outside...

A great location in a covered street with bars and restaurants. The area was lovely with lots of boutique shops around. The staff at the apartment were helpful; an easy luggage room to use. They also arranged airport transfers with ease. The apartment was large and nicely furnished with clean bedding and towels. It could have done with a chopping...

Apartment was clean and in central location. However, apartment was a little disappointment - it smelled really bad, damp and moldy. Good enough for 3 night stay but if you are staying longer you should find a better one. The bar downstairs was noisy.

Very nice and big apartment in a very good and central location. Nice staff, I arrived one day later but there was no problem and they were very friendly. The price is not cheap but it is reasonable for such a big apartment (3 bedroom). I recommend it.

I was here for a 2 night stay during a 21 day trip through Europe. The apartment was clean, spacious, with minimal necessities. It was conveniently located and offered a good sleep and shower. It was a bit noisy at night but that was not such a big deal. Accommodations were reasonably priced.

Stayed 4 nights in the 2 bedrooms apartment. The apartment are well-equipped with all the utilities we needed. The apartment is in very good condition. The bar is downstair but the noise didn't bother us at all when all the windows are closed. Would certainly recommend it to my friends when they visit budapest.

We stayed here for 3 nights in a studio apartment. The room was spacious and comfortable, basic but clean. The staff were exceptionally helpful both before and during the stay. Our flight arrived late so luckily we had booked the pick up service. But the driver was great and made sure we got all the way into the apartment ok....

Staying in District VII / Jewish Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.
