The room and bed were very comfortable, and very quiet. This is an excellent location for many of the best tourist sights. The breakfast spread was wonderful, catering for all tastes and the staff were very helpful.

We stayed here in March '16 and the hotel is really cool and modern. Rooms, depending on which you choose, can be quite small maybe, but the hotel overall is well worth the price we paid. They sorted free drinks as we were celebrating a birthday as well, so we're thankful for this. Key tip - Don't miss the brilliant...

We were three Italian guys that were in Budapest in holiday. We choose this hotel for proximity to the Danube. The arrival was just a surprise. The living room is very imaginative. The guys at reception was very polite. The room was very comfortable and great; the room very cleanliness. The breakfast was one of the best ever try. Good...

The hotel is somewhat true to its name, having modern, differentiating interior design. Maybe it is aimed to be slightly psychedelic, but actually was less than we were anticipating and ends up being fresh and kind of cozy. We had booked a slightly bigger room (some sort of suite it was, I think) since the rooms looked small in the...

Boutique hotel style that i love! The staffs were friendly and very informative to let me know which restaurants i must check out to enjoy the panoramic view of Budapest city. It is also walking distance to the market(souvenir shopping), Christmas festival area and many trams&bus lines. It was so easy to get around. Hotel breakfast was a lot better...

Great hotel in a great location in a great city. Loved the décor and staff very friendly and helpful. Some slight noise transmission between rooms (wooden floors as part of the theme didn't help) and we were surprised to hear road noise on the 6th floor. That said it is on a quiet road and I think we were particular...

I booked this hotel for a 2-night stay in Budapest and couldn't be happier about it. The hotel has its own design, is centrally located and the staff is very friendly and helpful in making this a memorable trip. The breakfast is very good and offers a wide range of food. We even got a free cocktail drink on arrival...

The hotel was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable. The people at the front desk were super friendly. Breakfast was amazing. It had a great variety plus the best juice machine as well as a magical coffee machine. The hotel also had the most perfect location. I only wish it had more than one english tv channel; only bbc....

We have just spent 4 nights at this hotel to visit the Christmas Markets. We booked a classic room and were upgraded to a superior room on arrival for no extra charge. The room was a good size with a modern bathroom and walk-in shower - loads of hot water. The staff were all friendly and our cleaner Andrea was...

Staying in District V / Inner City

Neighbourhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
