Big hotel, nice staff, room was large with a comfortable bed but had a really bad smell - I'm not sure if it was the old armchair or the carpet. I think it needs a refurbishment soon. Average sort of cuisine. I'd probably stay somewhere else if I go back to Budapest.

We stayed at the Courtyard Budapest City Centre for four days, and it exceeded our expectation. They arranged a taxi pick-up from the airport as we arrived near midnight. We were given a corner room on the fifth floor where the view was majestic. The hotel staff were also amazing – they were attentive to our requirements, were knowledgeable when...

Stayed for three nights, hotel has been recently renovated, it's spacious and spotlessly clean. Front desk staff are very helpful and make you feel welcome. The gym was very average except that it had a sauna and steam room which is very unique for Courtyards, seems to be part of the local culture. Location to metro is very convenient, two...

We stayed two nights. The hotel felt large and busy -not warm and cozy, but very nice. The room was large, clean, modern, what you expect from Marriott. The breakfast was not included. Anna, the desk receptionist, was helpful with a smile, very welcoming. Transportation-The busy plaza immediately in front has trams and an underground train going in all directions. Cheap...

Hotel is located at a main intersection of the city, so a bit noisy (read on). First impression of interior was good. Check-in was seamless, even with a group of 26 just getting off a river cruise. Lobby was upscale. Need to use card key to use elevators (good safety feature, since the area gets a bit sketchy at night)....

We have just stayed in this Hotel for 3 nights as a base for a city break in Budapest. The location is about 20 minutes walk from the River Danube and the main attractions to see around that area. However if you don't wish to walk there is a tram system that is very easy to use and navigate, located...

Set on a curved road that if you turn left you arrive at the river & if you turn right you arrive at the same river separating Buda and Pest. Huge rooms great staff and well located, on the tram line, 100 metres from the train station and near to a lot of landmarks. Never have I seen so many...

I stayed 3 nights in Room 307. Two double beds, nice linens, lots of pillows. Surprisingly quiet even though the floor to ceiling windows face the main drag. Great lighting. Big bath with nice towels & toiletries, tub/shower combo. Delicious breakfast buffet with many choices. Great location for sightseeing on foot, metro or trams. Near cafes, shopping, supermarket and currency...

When you see all the recent reviews the main downfall with this hotel is the location. To me which is understandable. Because we are in a busy city. The room is clean and spacious. Metro station just outside the hotel or you can walk to most of the attractions with 30 mins. Can't ask for more for the price I...
