I reserved a double for three nights but got a quadruple which was a nice surprise! The room and the bathroom were spacious, simple and clean. The room was on the second floor and the windows faced the street. There was quite a lot of street noise but I still managed to sleep quite well thanks to a comfortable bed....

This little gem is located right in the center of Budapest. Not close to it, really in the middle of it! Lovely location is a check! Next up: staff. Friendly staff that helps you with everything you might need. Rooms are just wonderful (especially the private bathrooms) and spacy enough for your needs. It's not too expensive and it's amazing...

Even before we arrived, we had top service on mail with the kind receptionist. Our apartment at the hostel had all we needed for four people, and the location is excellent - close to both the river and city centre. It was clean and quiet. We can greatly recommend this hostel.

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a Europe trip. We arrived at 9am and were checked in by 10 although check in time is later! We had a 6 bed mixed dorm and were given the upper deck of one of the rooms which made it seem very private. Lockers were a little far away from the room...

I agree with all positive reviews of this place already here. I would like to add that, if you can go for it, take the private room. It is very nice, comparable to any fancy hotel in size and quality, and relatively a lot cheaper than that same room would be at a regular hotel. Unlike a fancy hotel, you...

Beautiful hostel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It offers really good amenities and the design is quite nice. It is very good ubicated, you can walk to the city center without problems. The room is big and that makes you feel like you are not sharing the room.

Staying in District V / Inner City

Neighbourhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
