I stayed in this hotel for 5 days in July. The room with sea view was not very big but comfy. The breakfast was great. The dinner buffet was ok - i believe you can find better places to eat elsewhere. the biggest disappointment was Meduza beach. The hotel guests were supposed to get a free sunbed. But at 8ish am...

My wife and I stayed in this hotel on the recent visit to Slovenia. We paid for double room – and got the one in the old part which was really a bit outdated. So I asked for a better room, paid a supplement of EUR 20 and got a room (304) in the renovated part, very nice, comfortable and...

Premium class hotel in the city center, very close to shops, restaurants and beach. Good room-service and food in hotel's restaurant. Very nice SPA area. Ask for the room with sea-view and you won't regret it :-)

For a conference at this hotel, I stayed there as well. The breakfast and Lunch buffets great, lots of local dishes and enough room to sit down. Coffee can be ordered and the waiter will bring it over. Eggs can be made to order. My room looked out over the water and it was nice to sit outside on the...

Would recommend this hotel to everyone. Clean, tidy, well organized, great food, pets allowed, pool area fantastic(warm salty water with whirlpool spots). There is a hotel beach across the street, with free comfortable sunbads but the entrance to water is not so good. We went to the public beach where you have sandy entrance to the water. Better for kids....

Great price to performence! First of all very friendly and helpful staff! Really. My room was not very spacious but clean and had everything you need. Grand hotel is a part of Lifeclass Hotels. 3 of them next to each other: Riviera, Slowenjia and Grand. They have outdoor and indoor swimmingpools. Including termal water. In front of these hotels you...

We were there on a business trip, the staff at the front desk and at the restaurant was very kind. The rooms facing the sea have great view. It was value for the money we paid for a 2 nights stay in Portoroz.

Stayed here for a week with a friend. The hotel is lovely and the room had everything we needed. The indoor pool was great for a rainy day. However, it is closed until 14 on Thursdays for cleaning, which they failed to mention at check-in. The Meduza exclusive "beach" was fantastic. Although the swimming experience was mediocre. Breakfast had a...

We stayed there last winter for 3 nights. We booked this hotel as we thought that it would be easy to manage my dietary needs as it had good reviews, so we decided to have meals included. On the first evening there was literally nothing for me to eat at the restaurant, but after a nice talk to the staff...
