I decided to stay here over the competition Hotel Mlyn which is the 4 star one. Quite frankly Victoria has its charm. Its situated away from any main street which is what I liked. The atmosphere inside is nice, looks well kept with a certain attempt at grandeur which it doesnt fully make a success of but it is a...

Food is good, had lunch on day of arrival and really enjoyed it. There was also a nice buzz in the restaurant for a Monday afternoon. Wifi is good and the rooms are comfortable. The hotel has all you need and the staff are all very friendly. It is very basic but you are getting good value for money.

Victoria is a decent hotel. Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable (although most rooms have twin beds... a little narrow to me), everything is clean. Restaurant serves tasty food (nothing fancy) in big portions. Service is nice. Only two things I can complain about is internet and noisy neighbourhood. Wi-fi in my room was loosing signal all the time... very annoying....

This is a very comfortable, classy hotel in the heart of Wloclawek. Excellent service and food, with very clean and modern rooms. Would highly recommend.

The victoria is a pleasure to stay in, due mainly to the friendly and attentive staff. Nothing is to much of a problem, from your laundry to your internet connection everything is looked after in double quick time with the least amount of fuss. There is also one of the best restaurants in town. I am here a lot on...

Got this booking on the last minute. Reception desk was very effective but rooms are large too small and nothing works there!!! To understand how to operate the (broken) shower you need to spend a while. Unfortunately, in this price range you can hardly fing anything else in this town.

A small and very pleasant hotel decorated in faux 30s stylings and fantastic restaurant with a wide menu to choose from, best enjoyed if not under any time pressures. Most rooms are in a different styling, each having own quirks and benefits. WiFi isn't dependable or available throughout hotel (3rd floor, cable connection only).

The Victoria Hotel in Włocławek, Poland, is a good example of how the investment (read "money") does not correlate with the tradition of running hotel services. Although the location and the accomodation are acceptable, the way the attendants treat guests is beneath contempt. I was just a 1-day tourist on my way home and decided to stay over in Włocławek....
