Staff so very helpful and friendly. Made our visit to Warsaw quite a memorable experience. Clean spacious room. Sensational breakfast. Big shout out to the delightful lady in the executive lounge who gave us the best advice on must see places. Patient, kind and so very professional. Highly recommend this hotel. Thanks for exceeding our high expectations!!!

Gold level membership got us upgraded to a junior suite on a high level floor with huge windows with panoramic views of the city. Also gave us entry to the Executive Lounge which offers breakfast, light desserts in mid afternoon, free wine and beer and a fabulous coffee machine as well as substantial appetizers late afternoon/early evening. Enough for dinner...

We visited this hotel this weekend. Unfortunately we have been charged twice for one Of The rooms and The hotel does not seem to understand that that is a terrible thing to do... They refuse to admit anything is wrong and have not corrected their mistake. Right now they say that we, as guests at a so called 5 star-hotel,...

Being platinum, we were upgraded to a two-story suite on the 40th floor upon check-in. This worked well as our 3 year old son could sleep on the sofabed downstairs while we slept upstairs. The room was spacious, and the wet bar downstairs was an added bonus. While the rooms were a little outdated, the Executive Lounge was fantastic. It...

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms and a great italian restaurant within the premises. Staff somewhat short of tone, but thats generally true all over Warsaw. Close to big shopping mall, with lots of brittish brands, including a M&S food hall.

A tour guide I read put this into the cream of the crop category. I'm not so sure. I've stayed in a few Marriotts and this was a little bit dated and dreary. Breakfast was so busy it was like feeding time at the zoo. In saying that, the staff were friendly and helpful. Late check out was offered free...

The Warsaw Marriott is a 140 metre tall building, built in 1989 at the end of the communist period, and one of the first high rises to appear in the city, with 523 rooms spread over 40 floors. The hotel faces Stalin’s high-rise wedding cake ‘gift’ to the Polish People, the Palace of Culture & Science. There are views to...
