We stayed for two nights in a Deluxe room. It was extremely comfortable and furnished with antique furniture. The bed was very large and comfy. The bathroom was spacious and had a free standing bath. The staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and served in a beautiful little room. The location is perfect for the...

This was a great location to stay in Warsaw. It is right on Castle Square, a prime location. The staff was very helpful! Leading us to our room, not just giving a key. It was clean and had unique decor in the room. Our window overlooked the square which ws pretty cool, and we saw a march go right by...

This is an old style hotel in the Old Town in Warsaw. The building, although relatively new is in a tradtional style and thus has no lift or aircon. The former may be a problem to those with limited movement as all rooms are upstairs as is the reception. The rooms are lovely, clean, well presented and have beverage facilities....

Unbeatable location at the edge of the Old Town, just a few metres to the cobbled streets. We had room 38, the Twenties room on the 3rd floor, overlooking the corner of the castle. The hotel's website says there is a bathtub in this room but we didn't find one... We asked for a room with a wooden floor and...

Let do the " downs " first . If your room is in the 30's lots of stairs and room where you will hit your head on the internal columns and struts some of which involve walking bent double ,no exaggeration honestly wi fi could not be obtained on this top floor but if you walk to reception you can...

We are so happy that, you have chosen our hotel for 6 nights, and you have appreciated hospitality of our staff and good location. Due to historical background we don’t have an elevator and we did not wanted to destroy frescos on a ceiling, so some rooms on upper level has some beams. Most of our rooms are located on...

The first thing you need to know is that there is no elevator. So if that is a problem for you, this is not for you. Also, the taxi could not pull up to the front door as the entrance was on a walkway and no traffic. The room was comfortable enough but lots of angles so you needed to...

I've stayed a couple of times and thoroughly recommend this place. Location, staff, service and rooms are all excellent. It is in the Old Town and everywhere you might want to go centrally is on your doorstep. There are very many restaurants, bars and sights nearby. The rooms I've stayed in are spacious and comfortable. Each one has a different...

The location is wonderful, right in Old Town. The staff was helpful and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The room was small, but clean, comfortable, had in-room coffee. Bathroom was small but the shower was great. Could not get the wi-fi in my 3rd floor room because of the two doors, but the owner said she would get with her...

This is a fully-staffed hotel in front of the Zamek and on the edge of the Old Town district. Walking distance to most points of interest in Warsaw. The building originally dated to XIV. The crew is super-friendly. Rooms are good size, clean and tastefully decorated.
