We went last year and we are getting ready to go once again in two weeks! Excellent hotel, exactly in the center of Zakapone, close to everything. The place to be!!! The breakfast and the facilities were very very good! Very friendly staff... they even prepared us a breakfast to take away when we told them that we are leaving...

We visited this hotel in February 2017. A beautiful wooden style hotel situated on Krupowki Street. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with a view of the main street, and with temperatures of minus 6 outside, the room was very warm and cosy. The bathroom had shower, toilet and sink with toiletries provided, plus...

Myself & my fiancee chose to stay here in Zakopane, on viewing the positive feedback on this Hotel on various booking websites. Boy, were we not dissapointed!!!! Situated overlooking the main shopping street/district in Zakopane, it couldnt be anymore ideal. Its wooden timber designed exterior, gives off an almost Alpine appeal to it. Check-in staff, Ania, Sabina & Magda, from...

Hotel is comfortable and warm. Rooms and facilities are clean. I cannot it comment on the usual restaurant food but the buffet produced for groups was not good. No choice, luke warm and insufficient. more potatoes were produced when asked. The position of the position of the hotel is excellent. Right on the middle of the main street

Great location, good food in the restaurant - lovely building. It is a historic timber style building with a stone fireplace, dating back hundreds of years.. Rooms aren't as big as i expected, but OK size, the mattress could do with a change.
