Very nice people. Helpful and eager to please. Parking was a bit difficult, because the parking lot was full. But overall a very nice place! We did not eat breakfast, but they made fantastic coffee that we could bring back to the room.

Let me start with the good part: 1. Very helpful owners. We had a lot of issues: lost luggage, no tickets to leave, and some more logistics issues. The owner's son couldnt have been more helpful and speaks english (very important in Krakow). He picked us from the metro station, helped locate the lost luggage and got us a ticket....

Friendly guesthouse, 10 minutes walking to the train and bus station (on the other site of the old town), excellent breakfast service, cosy atmosphere and friendly proprietors. We arrived late in the evening but were welcomed with a cup of tea and biscuits. Rooms are basic but clean. Wifi quality (free) is often slow or doesn't work. Breakfast is served...

I have to be honest with the saying "you get what you paid for" rings true here... The place on arrival is dissapointing in a district that was covered in graffiti and scaffolding. The location however is within a 20 min walk of Krakow town centre, which was perfect. When we first walked into our room my first intentions were...

Fortunately we were only booked in here for one night. We had a bad leak from the sink that I had to empty the water out of. There was only enough hot water for one of us to have a shower. The room was poorly decorated and bed covers musty. When we went to plug a charger into the socket...

First of all, our room had a smell like a wet socks. Sqeaky noise from every corner and from every steps. Bathroom did not have shower gel and shampoo as any other three star hotel usually provide. Breakfast was not value for money. You'll have to choose either tea or coffee and they will bring it to you. A lady...

Old and basic b&b. Room was freezing but clean & tidy. Not nice having to share bathroom facilities with 5 other rooms but you get what you pay for. Traditional Polish breakfast-ham, cheese & bread. Welcoming & helpful staff. 25min walk to the town centre where the markets are.

The floor in the room upstairs was very noisy, and the bed was a little to hard. It was a cosy balcony, but no comfort. Very nice and helpfull staff, and the breakfast was good. Main square was 30 min walking away, and about 15 min to Galleria Shoppingsenter. Piano guest houses location was a little slum, near railway and...

Visited this place back in June with two friends. The owner, though speaking little English was very warm and welcoming. There was a small problem with one of our rooms but it was quickly resolved with no fuss. The location is ideal, around ten minutes walk to the main square. We walked into town during the day and got a...
