Booked this through booking.com after reading reviews and we were not disappointed. Hotel is set back from the main road tucked away and looks a bit dingy, but once inside you can see the benefits of its location. View overlooking the river with Wawel Castle looking down from the opposite side is stunning. You pay more for the room with...

Just back from a 2 night stay at Hotel Poleski. The hotel is in an excellent location and within walking distance to the main square. The hotel entrance is down a side alley and doesn't look very inviting but once inside the reception staff were very friendly and helpful and we were pleasantly surprised with the size of our room...

The hotel entrance is down the end of a road and was a bit bleak. We were however greeted by a lovely friendly receptionist. The room was a little tired with a matres topper on top of an uncovered matres. Facilities lacking. The fridge in the room did not work and I had to ask for a hair dryer, which...

Just got back from a 3night stay, started off with no room booked for us 😡 then finally they give us a room & to top that off our door would not lock so we basically lost 2 days by trying to sort things out The one receptionist was so rude & had attitude problems she needs to do a...

The hotel has a spectacular view to the Wawel Royal Castle and just 10 minutes from the train/bus station. The breakfast is very good: you can choose boiled egg, fish salads, various slices of meet and cheese, vegetables, fruits, tea, coffee and fruit juices. The room is clean and spacious. I absolutely reccommend for everyone!

We arrived fresh and eager from the airport at 1pm. Our welcome was far from warm, we were greeted with the words "check in is at 2" sternly barked at us by the receptionist! This really surprised us as the reviews we had read spoke positively of the friendly and helpful staff. There appeared to be some confusion over our...

Just returned from Poland. Stayed here for 3 nights. Hotel situated just across the river and about 5 mins walk to Jewish quarter and 10 mins to main square. Comfortable spacious rooms, could have done with being a bit warmer! Lovely hot shower, adequate breakfast, bar which only opens if there is someone in! We returned one night and was...
