Perfect experience. Wonderful hosts and bartenders. Everyday I saw something new and came back to my new friends at the hostel. Had a delicious cheap dinner from nearby and a few beers downstairs, talked and played games, then went to bed and started over again! Perfect location, walking distance to all major sightseeing in town and if something is further...

Probably one of my favourite hostel stays. GBL hostel is very unique, think we payed the equivalent of 6 euro for a night and this included breakfast. Our room was average, the bedding clean. Appreciated the lockers under each bed. Bathroom was clean. The free breakfast was a really nice surprise, it included cheese, cold meats, toast, chocolate spread, jam,...

A very good hostel. Service at the reception was very accommadating, after realising that we were at the other Good Bye Lenin hostel, which we hadn't booked. Rebooking was no problem, so we could just stay at the place, without having to walk across the city to get the other hostel. We got our deposit back, we had previously made....

The access to the hostel is not nice, but the hostel is good, the staff is nice, the breakfast very complete! It has a garden and big common areas. It is 20 minutes walking form the train station and from the Old Town.

This was a great place to stay. Not sure what people are complaining about - you get what you pay for, it's a hostel not a 5* hotel!! Yes it's a bit dated but it's so cheap. I found our room clean and we had an on suite bathroom, again old but clean. Reception staff polite and friendly spoke perfect...

Perfect place, good location, excellent price! The staff was very friendly, our receptionist Ola (I hope I spelled that right) helped us to find good place to eat and advised on other activities in Krakow. Oh - parking AND breakfast was included in this ridiculous price! Interior of the hostel was exceptional. I don't know why anyone would not recommend...

The hostel was easy to find since it's in an excellent location. It's easy to get to all of the main sites from it, and we did it all by foot. We got our room at the exact moment of check-in. It was nice and comfortable, although the bathroom should have been cleaned more often. The hostel has an excellent...

It's dead cheap, so you get what you pay for. I had a few issues with cleanliness, and I think there could be more showers and toilets (they're not in the room, instead there's two per floor). They have signs saying to let them know if the toilets aren't up to standards, so if I'd had a major issue I...

Pros: good location, cheap, ensuite in room was handy, fairly clean, friendly staff, ok breakfast, good storage for rucksacks etc in room, good if you want to party Cons: not enough power sockets anywhere, poor wifi, not enough toilets (2 didn't lock)

Good location in between the old town and the jewish quarter. Social atmosphere with lots of activities going on. The rooms are very basic and bathroom was pretty gross. It was extremely loud throughout the night but way too hot to close the windows. Lots of people who party till all hours of the night and sleep all day.
