Nice hostel with great location and pleasent stuff. Breakfest was decent and bed comfortable. Bathroom could be cleaner but that depends also on guests so hostel could put some restrictions to guests to clean a little bit after themselfs.

Came here with uni for four nights and it was nice, hospitable and there was a helpful woman at reception, comfy beds and warm room. The floors were quite bitty so if you come here, I'd advise to wear slippers or thick socks. Overall, a brilliant budget stay fairly close to the centre.

It's definitely a cheap option and yes it's around 10 minutes away from the city center but it definitely needs to be cleaned more often. The showers weren't so clean and the room that I slept in had a horrible smell. Next to my room was the located the hostel's bar, in which they would make a lot of noise...

After reading some of the reviews I debated going here, but don't let them put you off this is a nice safe hostel and very close to the town centre, it's not a lively hostel so if you want a party hostel then look for one of those but the girls on the desk are lovely and always happy to...

I was planning a trip to Krakow at the end of July, which was an extremely busy period (dni mlodziezy) so I already made my booking in March. However, I received an email 2 WEEKS before my trip with info that my booking was cancelled due to a system error. It took them nearly 4 months to realise and all...

Hostel in very good location, close to rail / bus station and Old Town. Fairly gentle and sincere staff. Optional breakfast for 5 PLN only. :-) Quite loud on the corridor after 2am on Thursday night. The level of cleanliness of room and toilet that I went to was far from the European standards. :-(

Staying at this hostel was the best part of my visit to Cracow. I stayed there during Easter, so it was a special time. I was received by a great receptionist full of energy and enthusiasm, letting me know about the places to go out in the city. Another receptionist helped me book my day excursions and was very open...

When I arrived at this hostel, I did not expect much from it. However, depending o the price you pay for a night, this hostel has every commodity needed and more. Free wifi, free billiard, even some tap beer! So I would recommend this place for those, who would enjoy meeting new people while hanging out in lounge area!

We booked this hostel as a group of 15, the hostel gave us two rooms that slept 14 between them leaving us one shirt. However, they were more than happy to give us an extra room with two single beds to us with no extra charge. We initially had a few concerns whether they'd cancel our booking in the days/weeks...

Wifi works well throughout hostel. My only problem was with one housekeeping lady, she kept trying to give me prayer cards and religious memorabilia, as a...
