Extremely clean and tidy. The mini bar was a very welcome treat! The hotels location was excellent for being close to everything but further enough away to be nice and peaceful....

Even has a minibar which is really cheap. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room but the staff will make it for you anytime...

I liked the position of this hotel, it is very close to the city center. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast choices were not a lot, but still, they were okay. The price ranges were affordable for lunches and dinners, and the meals were delicious.

I went on a City Break to Krakow with three friends. We had two twin rooms and both were clean and comfortable with excellent en-suite facilities. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, efficiently booking our day trips, calling taxis, providing good, general advice. Breakfast was buffet style with a good choice of hot or cold dishes and staff kept the...

Room was pretty nice (601), twin beds only which were a bit low, lovely ensuite. Rest of the hotel was a bit dated but ok, breakfast wasn't the best & some of the food on offer was a bit strange but personally I survived on scrambled egg on toast! City centre was c.20 min walk away which was fine for...

Arrived at hotel looking forward to a city break only to be told that the room we had booked had been given to another party and that they had moved us to another hotel across the city, we got no apology at all and had to argue with reception staff for them to pay for the taxi to take us...
