Stayed at this hotel for a last minute short break. The hotel is located a 5-10 minute car ride outside of krakow. To get into the centre of krakow you can either use a tram, the tram stop is a two minute walk, or a taxi. It would be easy to miss the hotel as it looks more like an...

A little way out of the town but an excellent tram service 5 minutes walk round the corner. Hotel was warm and cosy with very hospitable staff. We loved our apartment room with separate lounge and immaculate bathroom. Booked as part of a BA package, amazing value for money. The staff very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Very nice and cosy hostel and pleasant staff. We stayed 2 days. It was very good experience. I totally recommend this. By tram you can reach any city destination. You can eat good food and the restaurant etc.

Booked this hotel as part of a BA package. What a find. Spotlessly clean and close to tram for trips into town. Breakfast is delicious and rooms whilst not huge are everything you need. Cost less than £1 to travel into the main square on the tram. An email to the hotel before we travelled ensured our trip to Auschwitz...

Location was good, by tram it's about 10 minutes from the city centre and there is a tram stop nearby. Room was surprisingly clean, neat and cozy - especially the bathroom was really nice. I was also very impressed by how environmentally friendly the hotel was, that is a rare but good value for business.

Visited for two nights. Friendly welcoming staff. Hotel very clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good with many choices and very good coffee! A couple of small things...a fan and tea/coffee making facilities would have been good had we been staying longer. As others have said there is a religious theme to this hotel but we never felt it pushed...

Have just enjoyed a 4 night stay at Domus Mater. Although not in the centre of Krakow the hotel is situated just a short walk away from Lipska tram stop. The tram ride into the City centre took about 10 minutes on tram line 20. The hotel is spotlessly clean & the staff were pleasant & helpful. The breakfast was...

The staff at Domus Mater were always very helpful and accommodating. The manager even lent us his own guitar to use during our retreat! A beautiful building with relics of JPII, comfortable rooms, and a short bus or tram from the city center. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

We came with a group of 70 people to Domus Mater and we were very very happy at Domus Mater. The hotel is very clean, elegant and the rooms are very comfortable. Coming with so many people we had a lot of plan changes and inconveniences, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also booked a trip to...
