Very central for visiting old town and Jewish quarter. Staff helpful. ThIs is advertised as an aparthotel. The kitchenette has a kettle, cups and teaspoons, which is helpful. Two bowls, side plates, cereal spoons, and knives would help too. Some guests like to eat breakfast in their room, and chose an aparthotel for this reason.

This hotel is at the end of a dead end street but don't let that put you of. Lovely small hotel and the staff are very accommodating. We stayed in rooms 002 and 003 which were very large. The rooms were very warm and beds comfortable. It is located between the main square and Jewish quarter, approximately 10 minute walk to...

Old style exterior with modern inside. Access is via stairs. Excellent staff who helped with bookings and advice. Good location for access to city centre and Old Jewish quarter. Excellent breakfast. Would stay there again.

The hotel is really good value as it is in a very poor area and so not expensive. Considering it was very, very cold outside, the heating in the hotel was on constantly and lovely and warm. There is no lift but the staff carried our cases up to our room without being asked. The rooms are large and some have...

Stayed here for a long weekend. The hotel is nice, clean, staff are helpful etc. Hotel is a 10min walk to Jewish quarter which has great bars and restaurants and a 15 min walk to main square. It is definitely worth staying in. No iron in room so make sure you iron clothes before you come. There is a hair...

The breakfast was very good great selection of food . There is no lift so stairs may be a problem for some we didn't find it a problem. There are...

Ideal budget hotel, perfectly situated for the Jewish quarter and the main square, both within easy walking distance. Rooms were large and well heated, with both ensuite and fridges, and a small hob. Rooms were supplied with coffee and tea making facilities and hair drier. Staff were hard working and very friendly. Plenty of things to do in the city....

A well located hotel for visiting Krakow tourist sites, 10 minute walk to old town and 10 minute walk to jewish area. We were in room 301, which had been refurbished a large room for the 3 of us, really nicely decorated and very comfy, ideal for us, but not if you have difficulty walking as there is no lift!...
