Myself & my fiancee were spending one night in Krakow, whilst visiting Poland. Been to Krakow before, but never stayed in this hotel. Upon arrival we were given a very warm welcome from "Anna", who was extremely friendly & helpful. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of our room. Very spacious, huge bed, good sized bathroom. The location for...

I stayed here in the beginning of January on a quick trip to Krakow. The location is perfect. It's incredibly close to the market square area and walking distance to so many things to see including Wawel Castle. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms, while on the small side, were perfect for the small amount of time...

Location of the hotel is in the city center of Krakow and everything you need and want to see is up to 5minutes walk, thats why is perfect for short visit to Krakow when you dont have time to waste. Rooms are not to big but thats not important cuz you anyhow just sleep in then :) everything is really...

The hotel was very clean and the staff very nice and helpful, the hotel is in a central location which was a great advantage for church and shops but I'm afraid that's where it starts to go downhill. The hotel is next door to an all night bar which is very rowdy and if your unfortunate enough to be given...

This hotel is basic but very clean. Good sized rooms. Comfortable beds. 5 minutes from market square. Great location. Buffet breakfast - basic but adequate. Great value. Great service - staff are very friendly and helpful. Ask for extra pillows.

We went for a weekend in Krakow for Sightseeing and party. Rooms are clean, location is quiet, buffet for breakfast with all you need and the best point is the front desk employees. They was very friendly and helpful for everything we needed..they organized for us a private driver to auschwitz, called to the saltmine to ask about tickets, ordered...

Excellent location. Friendly, helpful staff and clean rooms. No tea coffee facilities in room. Noise from next door bar intolerable on lower floors. Had to move rooms to floor 5 to escape noise. This could still be heard on 5th floor but much less so. Rooms facing the street are best suited to heavy sleepers or deaf persons.

The best feature of this hotel is it's location, 5 minutes from the main square and from the main bus station, where you can go and explore the other sites around the Krakow area. The rooms are warm and comfortable, if perhaps a little bit tired. We didnt have dinner in the hotel and instead ventured into the city for...
