Efficient and convenient room, nice breakfast buffet, friendly and helpful staff, great location, good value for money. Those are the words which describe our stay. We would like to come back and recommend others to stay.

We were on a tour. We were assigned a room where the Conference Center was located. The mattress was almost hitting the flooring am not sure how old it . The other members of the group had bath tubs but we had a shower and I almost slipped several times. The room was dreary. The location was the best but...

Stayed here as part of a tour. The amenities were pretty good-nice bar area and a pleasant breakfast area although the scrambled eggs were runny. The beds were very firm although some may like that but they were also small although my wife and I are used to a king. Location was great -minutes from the main square in old...

Just outside the park surrounding the old town. Everything is so close, the castle, the big square, the park, the river, the Jewish district. Big, comfortable rooms, nice bathrooms, absolutely silent, apart from the humming of the air condition. I can really recommend this hotel.

Staff were very helpful in getting us our room early because we had taken the night train and arrived exhausted at 8 am. Hotel is located near , but not in , the heavily congested tourist area. Rooms were large and clean .

The hotel is situated at the edge of the old town, an excellent location for exploring Wawel Hill and the city Centre. Rooms are pleasant, breakfast is great. I had a very quiet courtyard room. The railway station is right on the other side of the Centre so quite a walk (20 mins), but tram 2 takes you there (3...

I booked this hotel as a surprise for my partners birthday. At the time of booking the hotel wasn't over priced in comparison to other cities. It was very central only a few minutes walk from the square & provided is with what we required. An average run of the mill Radisson

This upscale hotel--with reasonable rates--is in a perfect location for walking to many of Krakow's older sites. A friendly staff, excellent buffet breakfast, quiet (and for Europe, spacious) rooms, make it a good choice in this wonderful city. A number of inexpensive grocery stores are quite close, making it easy to buy a lunch and eat it in the beautiful...
