This is the second time I have stayed in the Wyspianski and both times its been satisfactory. It is a communist era hotel that has been modernised to western standards. It is clean and functional and the staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are a reasonable size and clean and comfortable. The room we had was at the rear...

Compared to the other hotels located in the old city, the Wyspianski is provides great value. It is located a five minute walk from the main market square. It is new and spotless, with nice large rooms. They serve a wonderful breakfast in the morning, included in the rate. They have supervised parking--there is a fee but it is reasonable.

We stayed here 5 nights and really enjoyed it. It is 5 minutes walk from the trains, buses and shopping plaza, opposite the park, and c2 minutes into the old town. It is a huge hotel, and seemed full every night, mainly due to the large number of tourist buses which start there (so it must be good or they...

This is a very good 3 star hotel with a fantastic location only a five minute walk to the old town main square, and on a main tram route. The hotel is not fancy but delivers on cleanliness, service with friendly helpful staff.

Bed, room and hygiene was great. Only problem was the food, it was untasty and the Polish staff were rude. The location was fab, about 7min walk to Krakow town centre which was lovely. But the real let down was the staff and food, we ate in McDonald's every night for the 3 nights i stayed.

The hotel is in a fantastic location well under 5 mins to the Old Town. Staff are very helpful and the breakfast provided was lovely. However we had dirty bed linen on one of our beds. It was also very hot when we visited and the room window could only be opened a couple of inches which left the room...

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for warm words about the services in hotel Wyspianski, we appreciate it. The central location of our hotel is certainly our big advantage :) One the other hand I'm concerned reading that not all of your expectations were met during the visit particularly referring to the room. I would like to clarify the problem...

Just back from Krakow and I would like to congratulate all at the Wyspianski for their great service . The rooms which we had upgraded to Classic were spacious and comfortable . The breakfasts were adequate but a little boring . The position of the hotel is great for the main square being maybe 800 metres away . The hotel...

I picked this hotel for its location and price. The hotel is about 3 minutes from the main square in Krakow and therefore an excellent location. We picked the basic room and that is probably the best way to describe this twin room. Having said that the room was perfectly adequate for our needs, it was small but you had...
