Yes a hotel with charm. The beautiful stained glass features on the staircase is impressive and the decor has that faded charm which can often carry the day in old city hotels and the location is very convenient . The 5 rooms which our group occupied were of various sizes. Our twin room was a reasonable size. Our bathroom was...

The hotel is a short walk from the train station and is located in Old Town. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet could be much better. The food options are limited. They did cook scrambled eggs but when we asked if they could add onions, peppers or any vegetables, the...

We stayed in this hotel last month, and it was very charming, old fashion, but extremely clean, we had the room on the to floor and had lovely views, the breakfast was excellent, it kept us going till the evening, the only downfall was there no tea or coffee facilities in the room, after a long day, it would have been...

This hotel is good for a short stop over. The rooms are extremely spacious but antiquated very old décor and furnishings, with the exception of the bathroom. It offers very little by way of facilities such as film options on the TV, the only English channel available was the BBC world news. Breakfast is as one would expect very much...

Excellently located within easy walking distance of the main square and shopping mall. An old world charm to the hotel with attentive and courteous staff-the main staircase with its stained glass windows is straight out of a tourist guide! The rooms are large and clean with radiators but no central heating which wasn't a problem for our visit but may...

This hotel is in a fantastic location, the reception staff outstanding and the price is reasonable. The hotel is charming in its historic, but faded splendour. Breakfast was pretty good too. And it's pristine clean! But the negatives for us were the shabby furnishings, beds that were not comfortable, plumbing that is precarious, and the noise from the start below...

Pollera is charming and very conveniently placed. Krakow Glowny (main train station) is only10 minutes walk away.Try the spacious suite. Lots of room and very large bathroom with separate bath and separate shower. Fridge and bottled water. No tea/coffee making facilities but coffee shops abound nearby. Breakfast buffet is nice, adequate. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Only breakfast is...

I stayed in this hotel with three of my friends for two nights, and chose the hotel due to the location and reviews from fellow travellers. The hotel was really close to the centre (4 min walk to the Hard Rock Café) – and the rooms were very nice providing a comfortable bed and lounge area in the room. We...

Good value for money. Great location (close to the railway station and the old town) and friendly staff. Good breakfast. It is not a boutique hotel and the furniture and fittings are a bit "tired". But if do not need high-end fittings and a massive room and you are ok with cosy, ;private, quiet and clean place to rest your...

It is said to be the second oldest hotel in Krakow. That's we we chose this a year ago. When we returned this time, we found that little had changed. The charm is the same, so are the spacious rooms, even the old TVs and the time it takes to get hot water in the shower... The breakfast buffet is...
