What a wonderful almost 'boutique' hotel in the old town. Unassuming from the outside but beautifully remodelled inside with some great features including the cellar breakfast room and keys with the old key fob for your room. 24 hour knowledgeable and friendly desk staff. a really enjoyable place to stay.

Stayed 5 nights. A bit unsure when we checked in - the faded grandeur is more faded than grandeur and the awful looking Chinese/Vietnamese restaurant does not add to the attraction. But clean and the room both spacious and clean. Breakfast in the cellar was excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. Location extremely convenient (about 5 minutes to the train... More

Perfectly located for all sights. Very friendly and efficient staff. Stayed for a week from July 6th and really enjoyed stay in the Elektor. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices; extremely comfortable beds plus very nice modern bathroom. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice boutique hotel and it is much nicer than a large impersonal place.

Nice and friendly hotel in the Old Town of Krakow, close to everything and in the very center. Good breakfast, extremely nice staff, highly recommendable. Good WiFi connection. Just 3 min walk from the railway station. It might get hot on a hot day; not sure about AC. Keeping the window open brings undesirable noise. This is the only drawback...

Had to find a hotel last minute due to a problem with our existing lodgings and found this on another search site, it exceeded all of our expectations for the price we paid and id definitely recommend this to anyone else who's staying in krakow and wants to be close to the action.

As most of the hotels in central Krakow this one is offering good accomodation at a reasonable price. Very close to the main market (3-5 min walk). It is definitely not a XXI century hotel but a medieval building decorated in the East European 80-90's style with massive oak furniture and carpets, same for the bathroom but still clean. There... First stayed at this hotel when it was refurbished some 15 yrs ago. Recently a few rooms have been updated but the rest are exactly the same as they were and now looking a little old fashioned but very clean. Despite this it has a certain charm and the rooms/suites are very comfortable, as are the very large beds. The... More

Credit where credit is due, and I have to say that this hotel was better than the hilton we stayed in before our early morning flight. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was excellently furnished and looked recently refurbished and very fresh. The cleaners always greeted us with a smile and hello on our way out and... More
