This is a beautiful hotel perfectly situated in the old town and minutes from the central market and most things you need to see. Room was huge, bed very comfortable, staff very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble for anyone working here. I'm sorry our visit was only a couple of days and we didn't get chance to use...

This is a beautiful hotel and had good reviews online so we chose it for our christmas lunch. The 12 course tasting menu was delicious and the head waiter was great. However our visit didn't start smoothly. They had lost the booking that we had made 2 months before. The restaurant was full when we arrived and the waiting staff...

Dear Hannah Scho, I would like to apologize for the unpleasant incident on the Christmas Day. Due to the system error we have not received your booking. The Copernicus Restaurant was fully booked that day so all we could do was to prepare the table for you in the Chimney room as soon as possible. I am happy that you...

Excellent hotel in the old town of Krakow with wonderful service and beautiful decor. The facilities are clean and comfortable. Distance to the old town square and castle are reasonable even for people who are not in the best condition for walking.

Beautiful, friendly and intimate hotel. One of the best! Perfectly situated for the old town, literally 5 mins from the market Square. The double ensuite hotel room was fabulous as was the service and food. We had the 5 course taster menu, the food was outstanding and was accompanied by many of the chefs suprise courses! The hotel spa was...

This hotel was absolutely beautiful, the room was so clean, the bed was massive and had a fantastic bathroom. The staff were really helpful and the room was cleaned twice a day. There is also a Spa, we didn't use it, but the friends that we were with made use of it and loved it. Great location, 5 minute walk...

Great location and lovely manager. Sadly when she left for the weekend her staff were positively rude. From cleaners who shouted down the corridors early in the morning to desk staff who tried to claim that we had booked a tour when we hadn't (They didn't believe us for two days and then never apologised). The hotel is tired and...

My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights. The service was excellent and the location can't be beat — right in the center of the amazing old town. The vibe and furnishings at this hotel, however, are very austere; there is nothing cozy about this place. (I think it is a former monastery.) Our room was like a tomb, with only...

Used as a base to explore Krakow & visit Auschwitz. Great hotel in heart of the city. Staff courteous, friendly & helpful. Room good with great toiletries! Breakfasts are amazing & although we didn't have dinner there am sure will be the same high standard. Loved Poland & will definitely return to this hotel
