we loved it. The suite was amazing, stunning. The bathroom with the underfloor heating and the whole interior design was just wonderful. Nicely located in the old town area. A special shout out goes to the wonderful staff. We had some medical issue in the middle of the night and the hotel staff did not hesitate to help in an...

Just returned from a lovely weekend away here with my husband. Totally relaxing, pool is beautiful Shame we never got chance to have a massage or try the restaurant as there was so much to do and see in krakow. We had a coffee maker in our room which made all the difference. We usually like to try room service...

Unfortunately I got flu on day three of my five day trip , and I am partially disabled, so I spent longer in the hotel than anywhere else, but my husband and friend who was with us went out and about -and this is a great base from which to visit places. It was peaceful and beautiful, like a monastery,...

Dear bellaItaliaUk, Thank you for your recent stay at the Copernicus Hotel and for your detailed review. I am so sorry that your stay in Krakow was interrupted by the flu. I hope you are feeling fine now! indeed, the old part of Krakow is not easy to visit for disabled due to the cobbled streets and to many steps....

Speant 3 nights in this hotel and could not fault it. The building is full of character and on a quaint little cobble stoned street full of fantastic architecture and very close to Wawel castle. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the pool and sauna were a great bonus after a...

Spent one Sunday night here with friends after a heavy weekend. Welcome on arrival was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lovely court yard feel with all the rooms facing in and a glass roof. We had breakfast there which was really nice. Rooms are nice, nothing amazing, but in keeping with the rest of the hotel. Sitting in...

A fantastic location, beautiful historical building, great staff, wonderful rooms - all these things make your stay perfect. One minus - there should be more light in the bathroom near the mirror. All the rest - just perfect.

location is very central, opposite Karol Woytila museum and close to the castle. Very nice boutique hotel, room spacious and quiet. I would rather have a walking shower in a room rather than a bathtub which may be difficult to use. Staff was very nice and gentle and helpful with information
