Want to stay in a place that has history, a great location and recognizes the value of the client? This is the place. It is a throwback to an era gone-by that had you asking about the history of the things around you. We never would have thought that Krakow would be a destination, but we always wanted to tour...

Loved this place, lots of heritage and elegance from an era long gone but not shabby at all!! . Perfect location for visiting the old town . staff excellent from Porter to reception to bar and restaurant. Maid service everyday and very clean and tidy. I would definitely come back and stay here.

A very central hotel, which is most welcoming. The whole building has clearly been about from some time, but the decor is immaculate and the hotel is very clean and warm (the last most important in early February). We did not eat there, but stayed for a few days. Bedrooms were comfortable and well appointed, if not lavish. This is...

Location of the hotel couldn't be better, literally 80 mtrs from the main square, where there is a large selection of restaurants, bars cafes and shops, it is right where you want to be staying in Krakow. On entering the hotel you instantly know that this place was once the choice of distinguished travelers, the main reception, corridors and decor...

The Grand Hotel is a seriously big place but with only about 65 rooms& suites. It was built as a Duke's Palace in 19th Century and its subsequent conversion to a hotel has kept the grand style of the building. The lobby, restaurants, and public areas are truly palatial and with liveried concierge & porters, looks quite the part. We...

Went for 5 days with friends hotel location excellent near to main square with superb restaurants and pubs. The accommodation itself is beautiful as it is an old palace the decor is very grand and bedrooms tastefully decorated and very spacious. The only fault is it is very noisy at night as a couple of bars nearby are open until...

Fell in love with this hotel the minute I saw it. The building was just beautiful having kept its old world charm but very well maintained in every way. The staff made us feel important throughout our stay and helped us by giving us ideas on sight seeing. The hotel's location is ideal being so close to the main square...

The main advantages of this hotel is it's location, the front desk staff, who are always extremely helpful, and the breakfast, which is pretty good. The main disadvantages are lack of hot water at certain times of the day, very limited facilities, and the street noise if you are on the main street side of the hotel. So first let...
