The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant had some of the best food in the city. The adjoining outdoor garden area was wonderful to relax or eat. When my wife and I return to Krakow, we will stay here. It is close to Old Town, Train Station, the shopping Mall, and restaurants....

This was a first for the wife and I but also a Birthday trip. A long weekend that will be long remembered and often repeated. We booked the Europejski Hotel as it advertised something different from your mainstay and modern Hotels, it lived up to that, a mixture of Polish interior decor, art deco you name it. From the moment...

Unique central hotel. Across from the shopping centre and railway station. Rooms clean, hotel clean, breakfast is fine. Nice relaxing old world atmosphere about the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. The only negative about this hotel is the barman with the ponytail. Not a nice person. Ignorant, sullen, rude and arrogant. He makes a simple bar tending job so...

The hotel is situated right next to the main train station and a short walk from Krakow's Old City. Quick check-in and check-out. The best years of the building already gone what is manifested, for example by creaking floor. Double room had sufficient size and was clean. Bathroom also clean, although by the style of the 80s. The rooms on...

Overall nice hotel in convenient location. Positive: clean, comfortable rooms, breakfast is included in stay, complementary luggage storage. Biggest disappointment is that Suite De Lux is listed as 2 people occupancy only. Not a single booking site (including hotel site) mentions that Suite De Lux has two large beds in two separate rooms and would be perfect for 4. I...

We decided to spend the New Years Eve last year with our friends, also a couple in that hotel, since we'd heard plenty of good things about balls in that hotel. Well, after enjoing the ball there I can say that what we heard wasn't exaggerated at all! The food was awesome, the servings weren't too big to eat and...

The hotel is ideally located near the train station and the old city area. The furniture and curtains in the room had a shiny royal touch which was a change from other hotels. The breakfast hall also had the royal decor.
