Beautiful old world style hotel. Very comfortable surroundings, in an excellent location. We found rooms clean, warm and welcoming. Fridge available and bottled water provided. Staff friendly and informative. Food was good quality. Spa prices and services were great. We will return.

We only picked this hotel on the basis that there was supposed to be a spa area. It is actually a completely separate entity and they charge extra even for using the sauna. I would say the information is a little misleading. Otherwise - good size room, comfy bed, nice food and central location.

Great location, short walk from station and tram stop. The historical centre is just a short walk away too.historical This hotel has such a traditional and welcoming feel, dark wood and heavy drapes. The staff are friendly and helpful. They provide an amazing breakfast buffet such a variety of tasty treats. It has a lovely bar. We were fortunate to...

Very close to the Old Square and the interesting part of Cracow- very pleasant staff and super room - furnished in the old style - no need to even use a taxi - just a very pleasant experience. Also close to rail station if that is your mode of transport on arrival. With heavy cases - a 20 Zloti ride

I did stay at Europejski Hotel in Krakow last July during the World Youth Day when the city of Krakow was overcrowded. The service at Europejski was exceptional, great staff, clean ambience and good breakfast. I definitely recommend this place and will return for sure.

Entering this hotel gives you an impression of arriving to something historic. The atmosphere within is rather nostalgic. My room was on the first floor. The bed is comfy and the room was clean so you could get a good sleep without the trams outside. The trams outside the window are actually the only major problem as each time one...

Visited for dinner, the sharing platter for 2 was recommended. Beef, pork and chicken with Krakow potatoes gravy and peppers and onions. Wow!! The gravy and Krakow potatoes are to die for! So good we came back again. Lovely ambience, fantastic food and service. It is based near the shopping mall Galleria Krakowska. Old Town, if staying visit this restaurant...

This Hotel is very near the main train station in Krakow. It is an older Hotel but has tons of character. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Ate dinner there the first of my 2 night stay. Rooms were dated but that, to me, added to the charm. Short walk to the main Christmas Market The bartender was very helpful...
